"the air conditioning wasn't working. My brother told me that he tried to turn on and it wasn't working.

"It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. "this is an extraordinary locally owned platform cabin lodge in the rainforest next to the major national park with the most biodiversity in all Central America. Dispite the challenging location our room with Erie clean, no mold ( a rainforest problem) and fun. With an outdoor shower and a beautiful trail leading to it with candles along the way. "Really lovely place with a great pool that really anchors the entire resort. Our room was clean and comfortable though there was a weird beeping sound that was almost constant in our building through out our trip and there were at least 3 brief power outages during our visit. "
"The view from absolutely everywhere is stunning. We had the chance to see a plethora of birds and monkeys from our little pool in our balcony. The drive there is a little challenging but the location makes it all worth it. Taking a shower indoor/outdoor is one of a lifetime experience. "

Comfort is basic overall and the owners offer the option to have lunch and dinner on site with good local food.
