"We normally stay in hotel rooms when we travel, so we thought it would be fun to try a house boat when I saw the option. We had all the comforts that a hotel provides, but with a way cooler atmosphere. Our only disappointment it that we didn't stay long enough to try the pool and restaurant. Good experience. We'd stay again."

"My friend and I stayed for three nights on the boat. Mark is very friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed watching the storms on the boat and kayaking around the bay. The boat is most certainly older and has some issues but overall we enjoyed our stay. Make sure to pack lots of mosquito repellent because you will become dinner out in the bay."

"My wife and I had a great time staying on Mark’s boat. The description is accurate, it’s a somewhat “roughing it” stay. This was a great stay, but would definitely be more enjoyable in cooler weather. The AC at night was a life saver, but during the day it was definitely hot. Sitting up top at night, feeling the breeze, hearing the water, and looking at the stars was wonderful though, and worth it. You definitely want some bug spray though.Mark was always quick to respond and help when needed."

It’s clean, has all the essentials and is close to some great snorkeling, diving, kayaking, fishing and restaurants! "Aimee was wonderful with communication before our arrival date. The location is perfect, close to all activities but yet nestled away. The boat house was exactly as pictured, cute, quaint and clean.
