"We had to stay outside for a long time at mid night with my kid and nobody was responding for a long time. No staff was there to receive us. No instructions until I asked! It was all suspicious! Not enough pillows! Nobody shared with us how to use the WiFi! The whole night people were making noises! Terrible experience "

"This was a fantastic stay except for the following: Spoiled milk left in the fridge Dead flies all over the floor as well as other dirt upon arrival Construction noise and outhouse smell at certain times of the day We had to buy and replace batteries for the remote in the tv room No check in or check out instructions were provided so we had to keep texting the host for information"

"We had an amazing time staying at Vinzenz house! The location couldn’t be better. The house is a walking distance to a number of scenic hikes and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Solothurn. The villa is a huge family home with multiple seating areas outside. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre.
