"Hohe Personaldichte sehr kompetent und freundlich! Traumhafte Location mit besonderem Flair durch die Bauweise und Lage. Auch die Gastro ist auf absolutem TOP-Niveau lediglich die Portionen sind ivm. Den 6-Gänge menüs manchmal etwas zu viel gewesen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und dieser wurde nicht nur geduldet sondern war willkommen, begonnen beim Begrüßungspäcken für den Hund, über die überziehlacken für die Sofas bis hin zur Putzfrau die sich jeden Einzelnen Tag die Mühe machte die Haare...

"Beautiful location and although there were some construction going on the mountains and the green and well maintained garden is what we will remember. We have created some beautiful memories around the pool area and the places we visited while staying there. The breakfast was amazing with fresh strawberries, cherries and croissants. All we could ask for really. Only thing missing was the possibility to prepare meals or even heat up something in a microwave. Since the access to restaurants...

"O hotel é muito bonito. Está novo, recém reformado. Mas tiveram alguns problemas que acho que podem ser incômodo. Primeiro, chuveiro varia muito a temperatura da água. Não existe uma jacuzzi com água bem quente. Que faz toda diferença para quem vai fazer muitos dias de ski. Os aquecedores do quarto e corredores do hotel não são ligados. E o quarto amanhece gelado. Para ir às estações de ski, tem que caminhar até uma estação de trem a uns 400 metros do hotel. Enfim. Alguns inconvenientes...

"This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior."
