We all loved this property and thought it was the most appointed rental we have stayed in. Everything you need and more, lots of space to sleep 10 comfortably, kitchen is the right size and to have a table where we could all sit and eat together was the BEST!

Perfect stay
We loved everything about this house. Its location on the lake was beautiful. It has plenty of beds. It was super clean. Kids loved trying to catch the bluegills that live under the floating deck. They enjoyed kayaking around. Perfect location about an hour from Boston depending on traffic. A few miles from Gillette Stadium and Rhode Island. Really quiet laid back neighborhood. Communication with property manager was very quick and immediate, super helpful and friendly.

Family Time
We had an amazing getaway with our family! From booking to checkout everything was laid out perfectly. The house was beautiful, relaxing, and had everything you could want/need and more to enjoy every moment, inside and outside. Kayaking, paddle boarding, the patios, fire pit, deck, dock, fishing, bbq, kitchen (any appliance or tool you could want and you’ll never run out of dishes), multiple seating areas, all the comforts of home!

Great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with essentials. Boats were as listed and a necessity on the lake. We were all (9 adults) able to have dinner outside and had a campfire at night. The lake is a bit weedy, but was refreshing to swim/ sit in tubes anyway. Golf course nearby was also wonderful! Would definitely return! I love a rental property that has no surprises or disappointments. Exactly as advertised!

This property was beautiful. The host thought of everything. It was well stocked with everything a guest would need for a wonderful stay. The lake was wonderful and the property was close to the stadium for a concert we attended. We would definitely stay here again!

This lake house rental was the full package hosted by a very responsive and helpful host! We were here for a weekend wedding with a day to relax during it and this was such a blessing to have. This rental felt far away from everything as it was so quiet but in reality you’re anywhere from 5-15 mins from everything which is very helpful! The house has a washer/drier and is full of board games, snacks, has a beautiful dock and fire pit. This place is perfect for larger parties and the host is amazing. If we’re ever back here again, we’ll happily book this location!

AMAZING LAKE HOUSE
We were so happy with this rental property. The pictures do not do it justice. The inside of the house is updated and the owner ensured that we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The views were spectacular, including the lake view from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Even in a rainstorm, we couldn't help but spend hours sipping on coffee and just watching the rain as it hit the lake. The owner was also great with communication. If I could rate our experience higher than a 5, I would!

Great stay!
This was a great weekend away with a group of friends! House was beautiful and slept everyone comfy. The lake was fun and the kayaks were great. If you bring floats, make sure that there’s netting in the middle, the fish nibbled a little! But over all, amazing stay!

Absolutely magical stay
If I could leave a higher than 5 star review, I would. My family and spouse and I had an amazing time staying here. The place has gorgeous views of the water and is beautiful inside, as well. The house is full of lovely and welcoming touches to make you feel at home. I’ve never stayed at such a well-organized, well-stocked place before - it’s got anything you may need. The property is so well maintained, updated, and clean, it’s clear the owners care about it very much. My family took out the kayaks and paddle boards and had a great time on the water. Even the one day that it rained, we had a wonderful time hanging out inside (where there is a whole cupboard full of games). The neighborhood is safe and pretty, so we took some nice walks throughout our stay as well. I really hope we get to come back here soon and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful, roomy lakehouse
This was a very relaxing vacation. The inside as well as the outside had more seating than you can use…I meant it to be for several people, since we were there for my niece’s wedding, but it was just my sister and myself..which was fine, because it was very peaceful.We did, however, have family over for a picnic the day after the wedding and could entertain a few other times…excellent for gatherings.

Great Getaway
As soon as my husband decided to go to a Patriots game, I searched for a location for us and two other couples to stay. This home was perfect: great location, plenty of space and gorgeous view! The home also had everything we could have needed and then some. Though the morning rush for the shower was a challenge, not one complaint about hot water! We’d love to go back in warmer weather when we can really enjoy to decks, patio and lake.

Overall the house is a great spot with good space and location on the lake is a great addition. The house has everything you could possibly need inside. One thing to note is that the property owner lives the house across from this space. If you have a large group they only allow 4 cars in the lot, although you could fit 5-6 cars in the lot so that was a bit frustrating. Great location if you're going to a pats game or any event at Gillette. Would come again if I was going to another game.

Family vacation
The house was great. Lots of space. The bedrooms are separated, giving some privacy. The outdoor space was perfect. Mornings on the deck in the rockers, drinking coffee and taking in the view. Dinners on the screened porch taking in the view. We brought some kayaks of our own and used the kayaks and paddle boards available too. A variety of life vest and water shoe sizes was really helpful. We stayed in July, a week that was very hot, the air conditioning kept us comfortable in the house and there was always a breeze from the lake on the screened porch…I even slept out there each night and was comfortable. Kayaking was great, we saw swans with babies, geese, ducks, blue heron and osprey. The weekend had some boating but being a private lake it didn’t get too busy. The house was incredibly well stocked. Good coffee and tea selections, plenty of dinnerware, cups and glasses, pots and pans, there was an air fryer and even a spice rack ( a real bonus for someone who loves to cook but always forgets to pack spices). The outdoor shower was enjoyed by several people in the group. Overall a top notch vacation home.

The property was great. Very clean house with everything you need. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Had a blast jumping into the lake from the dock with the kids. Will definitely book again.
