" We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. "The layout of this house is PERFECT for a large group, especially of varying ages, with bedrooms on one side and common areas on the other. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare large group meals. And the living room was so cozy and welcoming for our winter weekend getaway. The lake access was perfect for ice fishing and I’d imagine even better for summer swimming fun. "

This cabin was the perfect Christmas getaway for our family of 10 adults and one baby. "My family and some extended family stayed here for a week to go snowboarding, the mountain was only 15 minutes away and the lake is beautiful to stay on in the winter. The host was great, allowed us to enjoy or stay without bothering us too much but ensured we knew they were available if anything was needed. House was clean and plenty of room and amenities. Highly recommended"

"I will sing the praises of this hotel. After getting booted from a different hotel 6 hours after checking in just because I was traveling with my service dog. This hotel was able to accommodate us at the late hour. The staff was amazing and the owners are awesome. The restaurant was beautiful and food was amazing. The breakfast is always great. Definitely going to be staying again. The little shop in the lobby was very convenient."
