"For anyone needing to stay in Lake Placid, FL this is a solid choice. Simple two bedroom/two bath and the cost matches a hotel stay but better because you get more space with a living room/kitchen, etc. The owner keeps the property very clean and secure and gives an auto lock code for easy access. He is very responsive to questions also so this is our new go to place to stay to visit our family in Lake Placid. "

"The purpose of our trip was to fish the lakes in Lake Placid and we met that purpose. The location of the house gave us easy access to seceral lakes,The house was spacious except for.the kitchen which was a little small for two cooks. We were provided with what we needed to stay ther for two weeks.The view.of the canal across the road was beautiful. Friendly neighbors and felt.safe walking the neighborhood.. "

"Came to Florida to visit family who lived just a little ways from the house that we rented. When we got there, it was easy to get in. We had the code and everything was perfect in the house. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. everything was super clean. The area in Lake Placid, where the house was was very quiet I would recommend to anyone who’s coming to Florida to stay at this rental. You won’t regret it."

"Home and property were excellent. Home was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and a great location for shopping, dining, and exploring. Furniture and bedding were comfortable and excellent quality. Our family enjoyed the open family area and kitchen counter bar. Being able to relax on the dock and patio were added bonuses. We look forward to returning soon."

"Anyone interested in gutting their house and completely remodeling it with a contemporary layout, expensive kitchen, and comfortable living room should rent this house and take notes. Although the pictures are intriguing, it’s hard to fully appreciate this property without laying eyes on it.
