Casa Palma Beach North Apt 1

Casa palma is located on the beach just a step off the 'famous sidewalk'. The beautifully landscaped property extends 320ft. From the sidewalk to the edge of the caribbean. Take the meandering cemented sidewalk to your beachfront porch. These units have been recently completed. There are 2 identical units with an interior connecting lockable door. The bedroom has a queen size bed. All linen & towels including beach are provided. There is ac & ceiling fans in both living & bedroom. Living room has futon which can convert to a double bed. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, coffee maker & all utensils. There is wi-fi, flat screen tv,dvd, & a small collection of books. There is a small safe for your valuables & security bars for your peace of mind.
On the premises there is a clothesline & a washer & dryer are available. Bicycles & housekeeping are also available upon request.
The covered porch is a perfect place to dine, relax or swing in your hammock.

Beautiful property
What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. No one around upon arrival and no instructions for wifi and TV. He did make arrangements for private snorkeling and fishing tours. The place does not have a hot tub as listed in amenities. The location is ideal at the quiet end of the sidewalk.

Relaxation in a bit of sunny paradise
We absolutely enjoyed a relaxing week at Casa Palma! The location was perfect…walking distance to everything in Placencia Village! Casa Palma is a bit north of the busy part of the Village, so it was quiet and serene. The private beach was right off our patio and its expanse stretched right from our patio to the ocean. We took advantage of the on-site kayaks and paddleboards, relaxed on the lounge chairs under the many palm trees and played in the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked, the shower refreshing after a day in the sun and the bed was comfortable and cozy. Our hosts were welcoming, kind and incredibly helpful. We look forward to visiting Placencia again and staying at Casa Palma!

Incredible
Amazing location, wonderful help from Perfecto and his family.Spotless! Beautiful flowers everywhere made this different from other places. Great location both on the beach and on the charming boardwalk.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks from Dec 16-31. Best place ever.
Perfecto and Rose were amazing, social, accommodating etc. the owner Tony was there a few days and what a incredible nice guy!! We thought this was the best place in Placencia. Close to beach. Wake up every morning to the sunrise while having coffee. Casa Palma is in a great location. Close to everything but far enough that it is quiet. I would recommend this to everybody. We plan on going back with the whole family!! Love and miss Casa Palma and Rose and Perfecto and especially their kids. Xxoo

ULTIMATE RELAXATION
We had the most relaxing experience at this property. Spent the entire time on the private beach under the palapa resting in lounge cheers, which is exactly what I wanted to do. The manager is awesome, very helpful and accommodating with whatever you need. Will stay again when I am in Belize.

Awesome Beachfront Location
Besides being beachfront, it was also on the main Placencia sidewalk, which was very convenient. The casita is a ground floor unit with only one step up making it accessible for people with mobility issues. The wooden boardwalk they constructed made it easy to reach the beach. This was a great find!

Needing a rest
It was perfect for us. We wanted a kitchen, outdoor space, and the freedom to come and go to town. They had bikes available, kayaks, and it was a short walk to the beach. Anything we wanted we just had to ask our host. If you need your laundry done it is done quickly and reasonably. Great place!

Heaven on earth

The perfect place to stay in Placencia!
The property is impeccable! They even rake the sand clear down to the beach every morning. This is our third time staying at Casa Palma in two years. The duplex is located at the northern end of the famous 4,000 ft sidewalk which is away from the hustle and bustle of the village. No car is necessary, although folks do rent golf carts and bicycles to get around. Everything in Placencia is within walking distance. Perfecto and his wife, Rosella, live on the property and were always available for any help or requests we had. The private front yard with palapas, lounge chairs, hammocks, palm trees and perfectly manicured landscaping is so relaxing. Rosella was kind enough to leave a fresh vase of flowers on our patio table every day. They also had their groundskeeper climb the palm trees on the property to cut down coconuts which he promptly cut open with a machete and drained into a pitcher for yummy coconut water during our stay. The unit was spotless upon our arrival and we had every amenity imaginable including complimentary use of bicycles, kayaks, and a canoe. They'll even put the boats right on the beach for you and put them back when you're done. The front yard is huge! Perfecto also picks you up at the little airport just 10 minutes away and makes sure you arrive in time for your return flight back to Belize City. It was an amazing vacation!

Beautiful beach and wonderful manager
The beach was very private and clean. Perfecto the manager was helpful and friendly. The beach front condo is an absolute must if you stay there.

Great Beach Front location
The condo is in a great location, just north of village where it is a little quieter, but easy walk to village. Placentia has more grocery stores than we expected, we chose to cook all our meals at the condo. We enjoyed the underground coffee shop and other small shopes in the villiage, when we were not enjoying the lovely beach.

Perfect location, we loved Casa Palma!
For our first visit to Placencia we wanted to be close enough to the village that we could walk into the shops and restaurants but still have a bit of privacy (and air conditioning) Casa Palma is perfectly located right off of the sidewalk only a few steps from the closest restaurant and has a beautifully maintained private beach. The apartment itself was perfect for two of us and was fully stocked with everythinng we could possibly need. The owner and family that maintains the property were wonderful, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great location and excellent management
We had a great time, the place is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to everything. The on site manager, Perfecto is very conscientious and present for any assistance. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again

Absolutely AMAZING!
On the day of our arrival there was weather and our Maya Air flight was delayed. Perfecto (Manager onsite) made several trips to the airport to make sure he was there to meet the flight that we were on! He continued to make sure we had everything we needed without "crowding" our vacation! The unit was so clean, well stocked, and perfectly located...just inside the "quiet zone" so the beach bars were close but far enough away to let you get a good nights sleep! The beach was one of the best, if not THE best kept beach fronts, that we saw...always raked and clean and ready to use! The best grocery store was just around the corner. The food in the local establishments was so good and so close! A 5 to 10 min walk could have you at an organic coffee shop, a gelato establishment, or a beach front place with more food choices than you have time to hear about (all good and cheap!). We used the bikes, the hammocks but the kayaks were a bit more work than we cared to do this trip! LOL! Perfecto and family gifted us with home-made Christmas Tamales and even offered us beer to go with them, since we were there over the Christmas holiday (AMAZING and SO kind!). We LOVE Casa Palma and we WILL be back (already looking for flights!). If you are looking for a quiet get away to kind, safe, and eclectic community, this is the place! If you are looking for chain restaurants, constant entertainment, or the Americanized tourist spot then this is NOT the place for you! The internet speed was fast and we were even able to Skype video call with family for Christmas! Love this place, love Placencia, Love Belize!!!!
