"Well the little fridge they had in the room hummed loudly all the time the freezer needed to be defrosted I bought a couple of frozen dinners and couldn't get both of them in the freezer. One of the draws on the side tables when I pulled open the drawer one side of the handle came loose I was able to screw it back in but it needed a screwdriver to tighten it up all small little things but a inconvenience none the less"

"This place is a real gem in the heart of the Berkshires. It is about a 7 minute walk to Mass MOCA and about a 10 minute walk to their "downtown" area with shops and restaurants. It is about a 30 minute drive to Mount Greylock, the highest point in Massachusetts. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and each room has a porch you can enjoy. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. "We returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented.
