My parents stayed in the casita and we set up the smaller bedroom as our nursery, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and room. "We are really glad to have stayed at this place! Our family of 13 found the condo to have everything that we needed. The condo is super clean inside and out, the rooms have plenty of sleeping space, everyone liked the two balconies with a good view of the ocean. The location is great, just 1/2 block from the beach and we didn't have to cross a street to get there. The 101 Freeway is nearby the noise is minimal and no one had any trouble sleeping. "The townhouse was perfect for our party of four adults in town for Cal Poly graduation. Everything was VERY clean and inviting. The decor was modern but comfy. Although we didn’t do any cooking, it was nice to have the kitchen for bagels and coffee in the morning. The gated parking was especially nice for our two cars! We enjoyed walking around Pismo one afternoon. We were a block from the ocean and had walking access to tons of restaurants. Thank you for sharing your space with us!"

Very convenient to everything and the view can not be matched. Everything was provided and was in top notch shape. The team we rented from was available and responded to all of are questions. "The over all stay was very good. The house was clean, and in a very good location to the beach. The only problem that we had was the upstairs tv we could not get to work. We followed all the directions but were not able to get the remote to work and there was not sound. The upstairs bathroom toilet paper holder needed the screws tightened. I came off the track that was in the wall. Thank you for letting us use your house it was very nice and will totally come back."

"Specious property, well appointed with comfortable amenaties. On the whole, everything was clean. The carpets were dirty on both sets of stairs, with visable stains. The pots and pans were stratched with loose handles. The property management company responded fairly quicktly to replace them. Great for families and multiple people"

You have a front row seat on the beach, with the building extending further out onto the beach than any other so it's like you're alone in a treehouse.
