"We used this as our base camp to see Biltmore and Chimney Rock. We loved being able to park the car in a gated, covered garage at the end of each day. We were able to walk to a different restaurant each evening, and to several breweries during our stay. The porch was where we all gathered upon our return each evening. Would stay again!"

None of these affected our stay and it was mothers day weekend... no need to rush out maintenance... we could easily make it work... just an FYI and a suggestion for the next tennant. "The S&W Building is the epicenter of Asheville action, and having the food court, brewery and coffee place on the 1st and 2nd floor was really nice! The elevator that takes you up to the condo on the 4th floor is in great condition, you can count on it working, and the condo is quiet with no noise coming up from the food court or brewery! The restaurants in Asheville are great, like Cúrate, but get a reservation for this one!! We did not do much cooking, except for breakfast, pick up a flat...

"Would absolutely recommend staying at this condo. Everything was as advertised. It is nice, new and well appointed. The views of the mountains are great and the balcony is enormous with nice seating. My only concern at first was the bedrooms being right near the living room (particularly with a baby) but the walls were well insulated from noise. The location is also great and right at the start of the downtown area so walkable to most restaurants and shops (albeit uphill). The management company...

"Great property. Beautiful location and sight of the falls. I suggest that somewhere in the info book that the location of the pool be noted. We finally had another couple, who was familiar with the neighborhood, tell us the location of the pool. Easy check in and check out. Never found the make up removal clothes. Other than that a very nice and pleasant stay."

"Other than I wish someone had explained that key fobs will speed access to the elevators everything was great. There is a sight bait and switch story as the bottom line price is almost double the original listed price when all the fees are added in. Still a good vacation at a high price."
