"We understand Tania and Wayne have recently taken over here, and they're doing a grand job! Our chalet was so lovely, set in nice gardens and with apples and plums free to pick off the trees! We didnt use the swimming pool or hot tub but they were tempting!"

"Hatten 1 Zimmer gebucht, das aber gestunken hat und dunkel war. Nach Anfrage beim Vermieter bot er uns ein ganzes Haus an, um 250 NZ$, wie ich meinte, er meinte wahrscheinlich 250 US$, was aber nachgerechnet auch nicht stimmte. Nach mehrmaligem Hin- und Herschreiben antwortete er nicht mehr, was ich für einen Dienstleister nicht akzeptabel finde. Das Haus war perfekt, auch die Umgebung, aber aus davor genannten Gründen gibt es in der Bewertung Abzüge."

"My partner and I loved our stay here. The fit out of the place was superbly done. Very spacious and lots of attention to detail. We loved the extra effort they went to to provide a range of beverages and something for breakfast the next morning in the fridge. "The Woolshed is a wonderful escape for a group of people who like their privacy and like to be surrounded by natural beauty and quietness. The property was clean and the fire wood was already prepared in the fire place which we absolutely cherished. "If you are looking for a remote tiny house for a night, I can recommend it. Very clean and cosy. We had nice weather so we could enjoy sitting on the chairs in front of it enjoying the nature around us. No traffic sounds, just nature. Short drive up to Cardrona skifield, 2 Minutes walk to Cardrona Hotel for dinner or to the small store for coffee and snacks. "We stayed two different nights, before and after riding the Otago Central Rail Trail. The cottage is cute, cozy and has everything you need for a stay. The bed was comfy, bedding was soft and warm, and the bathroom was well stocked. I would highly recommend this cottage in a very adorable village. The hosts even kept our rental car while we were biking which was just fantastic. Thank you Doug and Marilyn!"

"A lovely little studio apartment with decent space however it had a terrible odour we suspected from a pool of liquid in a defrosted small fridge on arrival which made our freshly washed clothes smell also. Thinking a previous person staying may have eaten fish? Anyways the smell didn’t go away so we packed up and left after only one night (we booked for two). I alerted the owner so hopefully it gets sorted. "
