"Martinborough is a great place for wine lovers! The hotel has a good location amongst vineyards. You can ride a bike to most of the wineries. Rooms are big, very comfortable, very nicely furnished and have a great hot tub! Also the kitchen is very well equipped and there is complimentary expresso coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent, with many options of fresh fruit, eggs, toasts etc. Although the rooms were very clean, they maybe should pay a little more attention to the outside...

"Great stay, its an historic property and served its purpose bringing my whanau together and we made memories. The hosts are very good to talk to. That driveway was scenic lol. "The accommodation was exactly what a group of 4 ladies required with a separate room each and 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed being able to walk into the town for dinner and a morning coffee. The beds were all comfortable. The air conditioners were a plus in the hot weather. The lock box is tricky but it was still manageable. "

"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! "
