"We stayed in Piqua for just the weekend for a family wedding. The house was very clean and had many extras - Keurig, new washer/dryer, nice fridge and stove, upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, game table, big TV and cable, and more. Upstairs beds were good, downstairs mattress tipped a lot to center and was hard to sleep in. (Finally, one of us slept on the couch and one in the bed.)"

"The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!"

"Our stay was excellent. The few minor issues that popped up were taken care of right away by the owner. Very clean and spacious and the event area in the barn was great. Will definitely stay here again. Just beautiful !"

"The location was perfect, the place was immaculate. A lot of unexpected extra features were there. "

"First of all i would like to start with saying that the owner of this property is very generous. We walked in and saw a basket filled with snacks, and thank you note. Secondly the communication with the owner was very easy, he easy very helpful. He recommended places to go to and activities we can do in the area. Lastly he is forgiving we caused a small damage, and he forgave us."

"The Troy House is as pictured. The ambiance Colista & Grant created makes it very cozy. There is just enough decor without over doing it. The Troy house provides many amenities so you can travel light. Communication was immediate. Colista and Grant obviously take pride in the home they offer. Thank you for sharing, I sincerely enjoyed my stay. The town square is walkable from the home. There are many nice shops and restaurants. "

"We stayed here for 3 night with our two dogs. The house was very well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, they even supplied k-cup for your morning coffee. Looking forward to staying here again for longer."

We would like to thank you for allowing us to be able to stay at this location. The location was in a nice and quiet area as well as not too far from our uncles home. "We had a good stay at this little place in Englewood. The inside was very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The walking path is nearby, but Main Street is close and traffic can be loud (the reason for the 4 star rating). We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance."
