"The view from my room was beautiful! The room was perfect for a couple. I would give it a five stars rating if the bathroom didn’t smell like mold. I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. They could not fix it 😕 The construction noise started from 07am to 10 pm. There was only one road to get in and out of town. It was very very bumpy! Food was expensive at Las Catalinas and...

"We were at our home away from home for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. The place was even better than in the listing if that’s possible. Absolutely everything you need is right there and the concierge service which was included was absolutely amazing!!Alexa from blue zone made booking and organizing everything so easy!We would come back here in a heart beat and highly recommend this property."

"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"My family and I stayed in the villa for four wonderful nights before Christmas. We are a family of five and initially booked two villas, thinking we wouldn't all fit in one. Upon arrival, we saw how spacious the rooms were and noticed that each villa had three large beds, so we decided to stay together in one villa. "This was a nice location to stay, easy walk to beach and downtown shopping. They also responded quickly to an issue I noted with the AC, fixed by the afternoon. The condo is well kept up, and the nice kitchen was great since we were trying to eat in mostly"

"We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The accomodations were very nice. The pool was fantastic. Antonio was tremendous. The location felt very private. Outside of the owners there were no neighbors. We did get to see the howler monkeys one morning from the patio. It is about 25 minutes from Tamarindo, which I was good with, as we were out of the hustle and bustle but coyld get there quickly. "This is a great house right on the beach with great boogie boarding right out front. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 10-80 years old. There was plenty of room. The house is well laid out and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was easy. The owner and property manager were very responsive. In all a 5-star experience."

"Nice quiet spot. As others mentioned it was a little tricky to find. Overall very clean, tho the hardwood floors needed a little attention. Perfect spot for our family of 13. "
