Our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is a cozy and comfortable space that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. The living room is a great place to unwind, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable queen-size bed, with plenty of storage space for your personal items. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has an amazing shower. The property also boasts a private deck that offers breathtaking views of the lake and is the perfect spot for enjoying the outdoors. Our guests can also use the private boat ramp for fishing or boating experiences.
We recommend that you arrive by car, as it will allow you to explore the entire area quickly. You will be happy to know that the driveway offers plenty of free parking space.

★BOOKING REQUIREMENTS★
The person making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older, and must also be the one staying in the home unless they are booking it for a corporation.

Rental agreement - The purpose of signing a rental agreement is to establish clear and mutually agreed-upon terms between the host and the guest. This legal document outlines both parties' rights, responsibilities, and expectations during the stay.

★ CLEANING & FURNITURE★
General Cleaning: We provide a standard cleaning service included in your reservation to cover laundry, stocking of household items, and light cleaning of the home. This service ensures that the property is in a clean and sanitary condition upon your arrival. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after yourselves during your stay.
Mess and Disarray: We kindly ask that you keep the property in a reasonably tidy and organized state throughout your stay. Suppose the property is left in a messy or disarrayed condition upon check-out. In that case, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra time and effort required to restore the property to its original condition.
Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position upon check-out, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place.
Any additional cleaning and furniture restoration or replacement fees will be determined at the discretion of the host based on the extent of the cleaning required or the furniture that needs to be repositioned.

★ RIGHT OF REFUSAL ★
In accordance with Tennessee Law, we maintain the right to reject an inquiry, decline or terminate a reservation for any of the following reasons:
- Fraternal Organizations or Sororities booking events not associated with membership.
- Churches booking events unrelated to membership or religious affiliation.
- Any guest in your party smoking inside the home.
- Local residency if booking for less than 14 days without a valid reason.
- Background check revealing incidents involving theft, drug distribution, destruction of property, or any issues concerning children.
Any other relevant factors deemed necessary by management.
