"Payton’s place is a beautiful home. The views are gorgeous. Loved swimming at the dock. We enjoyed our vacation overall. We wouldn’t rebook this property though and I’ll tell you why (Vacasa Rental) 1. Found a Depends diaper in the lower level by the couch upon check-in. 2. "My family was super impressed with this home! It’s huge and offers plenty of space. Having two kitchens was a bonus with our large group. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but someone was sent out immediately and took care of it. They were so nice and helpful! I’d recommend having more bath linens in the bathrooms. Otherwise wonderful stay! We’d come back for sure!"

"Everything about this home was perfect for our group of parents & adult kids! Very clean & beautiful home. The layout of the house allowed us to play games around the kitchen together & gather, but offered plenty of spaces for privacy. We enjoyed grilling outside, we love to cook, so the we really appreciated all the cooking utensils and gadgets. Booking, Directions & communication was excellent. It was nice to see Deerfield Resort-everyone we met was very friendly. Fun on the lake-swimming...

"The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. "Everything was exactly as described. The home is beautiful and appears newly updated. It was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and other areas. The concrete walkway to the lake is very nice and really not too steep. The fire pit area was nice and relaxing in the evening. The dock was perfect! "We had a wondrrful family vacation. The house is very nice and beautiful. Our favorite place to hang out was the spacious deck on the first floor. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were slow and the only other issue we had was the location of the dock was a little deceiving. Overall it was a great vacation! . "
