"We loved our short getaway! We had came from doing some trout fishing at Bennett Springs and arrived to find a very clean beautiful house on the lake and a welcome tray with wine, waters and some sweets. We even saw a few deer several times! We went antiquing and to eat in Roger’s a couple of times and drove to the Beaver Dam and walked on the beach area there. We also, drove through the Eureka Springs area. We did enjoy sitting outside and chilling ant sunsets and listening to the water....

"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s located close to Eureka & in such a peaceful area. April was very thoughtful in her little touches around the cabin. There is a little walking trail next to the cabin to enjoy. The cabin is a little out of town so I do suggest picking up dinner before heading to the cabin for the night. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, April is quick to respond. "

"Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not.
