The Casita of Pinetop is a 1200 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that can comfortably sleep 7 with room for more. The home is pet friendly with a fenced backyard and available doggie door. The open kitchen comes complete with microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dinnerware. The cozy living room includes wood burning river rock fireplace, soft supple leather sofas, cable tv, and dvd player with dvd library. The master bedroom features a king size Beautyrest pillow top mattress. The secondary bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed and the third bedroom offers a full and twin bed as a bunk bed. Wireless internet is included.

Shared wall
The house shares a wall with the neighbor. We had no issues with this, I just believe this information should be disclosed. Also, the location is great and close to restaurants but the neighborhood overall is not nice.

Awesome Cabin!
We loved staying at Rick and Ellen’s place! The cabin was well-appointed, even including small touches like newspaper to help light the fire in the fireplace. The wood burning fireplace was our favorite aspect of the cabin, as we used it day and night. Nice comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of six- we plan to come back!

Weekend Getaway
This house worked perfect for our weekend ski trip. Perfect house to come back to and relax after a tiring day on the slopes with plenty of TVs, a fire place and hot tub to enjoy. This no frills house makes for a comfortable stay and is equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay including tidy bedrooms, bathrooms and a functional kitchen to make a hearty breakfast before starting a busy day.

Nice little getaway
We previously stayed at this property and liked that it had a nice area for the dogs so we decided to stay again. The property manager is next door (it’s a duplex) and he was available for the few concerns we needed addressed. The fireplace wasn’t working correctly and he came over immediately and fixed it. Very good communication. Location is close to many restaurants and the ski resort.

Comfortable beds, nice heaters. Rough area where home is located. Master tv does not work. Kitchen has basics but needs new fry plans and baking sheets. Back yard is adequate. Decor is cute.

I still would recommend
Very cute place, loved that it was dog friendly.Nice quiet get away from the city. The only recommendation is for the cleaning crew, master toilet was dirty and there was trash in the hall bath and the back bedroom on your left. Which made me check everything.

Perfect Pinetop Getaway
Charming Pinetop Retreat - Perfect for Families! I recently stayed at an adorable house in Pinetop, Arizona, booked through VRBO, and it was fantastic! Ideal for anyone, I enjoyed my stay with my sister and two young nieces, ages nine and six. The kids loved the bunk beds and the Bear-themed decor throughout the house. While there were plenty of puzzles, we would have appreciated simpler board games like "Operation" or "Twister" for the little ones. Each room has a Roku TV, perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove, came stocked with snacks—a hit with the girls! The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed. The hot tub was a highlight, especially enjoying it during a light snowfall. The property manager, who lives next door, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. When we had trouble with the fireplace, he promptly came over, started a roaring fire for us, and left extra firewood and kindling. The house also includes a full-size washer and dryer, which is very convenient, especially with kids. The location is superb, on the edge of town with a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store a short drive away. The natural surroundings, with big trees, squirrels, and adorable birds, added to the charm. Overall, I had a fantastic stay coming from San Diego and highly recommend this cozy Pinetop retreat for families …or ANYONE!

Cozy cabin
This cabin was a hidden gem! It was beautiful. A lot of room. Great backyard to enjoy the outdoors and good weather. Pet friendly with is a huge bonus! Owners introduced themselves and were very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again.

I think there is to much furniture in the living room ! We had wheel chair and it was to hard to go around the corner to the living room! The couch stuck out past the small wall witch made it more crowded! Also the toilets need to be Ada compatible! Need low rise showers for easy access! We had stayed there I before no improvements have been done!

My husband and I and our dog had a great time in Pinetop. The house was great for us. It is in a neighborhood and very walkable to many fun places! The house was very clean and had a fenced in backyard. Robert the property manager is next door and is great - very responsive if you need anything.

Wonderful Honeymoon Stay
We were very happy with this cabin. Everything was easy to find, the hot tub was amazing and it was very peaceful. It was in a neighborhood but you would have never known based on the quietness around us. Thank you for an amazing honeymoon week.

Descent Property
Location is convenient. Property was clean. There were a few spider webs on the back of the property. Grass in the yard was overgrown, and my husband found a tick in the master bath and one in the hot tub. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Short stay
I planned to stay 3 nights but left after the first night because the mattress was too soft & seemed to sag in spots causing back pain & the pillows didn't support my neck and head properly. While the property was clean & neat, there were some maintenance issues. The sliding door to the back yard was difficult to move & probably needs to be replaced. The screen on the master bedroom window was coming apart so I couldn't leave the window open at night so I turned the AC on. The AC didn't seem to be working properly & overnight the temperature in the house went up 3 degrees to 76. Also when I turned on the TV & cable in the master bedroom, the screen was all static with a message of No Service. The pictures on VRBO showed a refrigerator with a door dispenser for water/ice but there was a different refrigerator there that had no dispenser so I went to Safeway for bottled water. I was also surprised that this was a duplex. The picture of the front was at an angle that didn't show that. Overall I was disappointed - I was expecting something a bit more upscale.

Dog friendly and spacious
My husband and I stayed with our two medium sized adult dogs. The house was perfect for that with a nice back yard and even a dog door. It was clean and as advertised, with the addition that the surrounding neighborhood itself is a little rough. We were pleasantly surprised that it was quiet every night, no barking dogs or sirens. The property manager next door was great and very available. There were some small issues, the sliding glass door was very hard to move in it's track and the toilet paper was the worst stuff there is available LOL but nothing major. Nicely appointed kitchen. There are great hiking trails nearby that allow leashed dogs. The Woodland Lake Park is an excellent choice with the "foot path" trail along a creek for the dogs to get in the water and cool down.
