The home features two upstairs bedrooms and a third sleeping space downstairs. Once fully furnished, the layout will include:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed
• Downstairs Sleeping Area: Queen bed


Please note: The bay’s water is somewhat shallow. While pontoons and smaller fishing boats with trimmed motors should navigate just fine, larger boats may experience difficulty. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Guests will pass by a neighboring property on the way in. The neighbor has lived there for over 75 years, and his property contains old buildings and various items that some may find unkempt.
