"We had a great stay in this fun house. Plenty of room to spread out, with a great second kitchen in the two-bedroom apartment above the garage. Loved the ping-pong and foosball tables. It's tricky to find so I suggest people arrive during daylight and look for the 45 mph sign to find the driveway. Will definitely stay here again. A note to the owners: the disposal in the kitchen sink did not work. "

"Extremely comfortable home and on a quiet street which was important to me. This is my third year spending a week at Sunriver . I choose this location for the miles of trails so it’s easy to walk my dog in the morning. It’s close to the highway so accessible to Bend , Paulina lake and the Cascade lakes hwy. would definitely stay in this home again. "

"The only problem we found was a toilet in the master bedroom. The water in the tank was constantly running in the bowl. We took the lid off the tank and found that the flush valve was corroded and needs replacing. "

"This home was near perfect for our large group of 16. There was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Between the 2 floors, and 5 bedrooms we could all spread out or be together.the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was a good size, clean and worked well. The only thing I'd reccomend is adding some beach towels for heading to the SHARC or for uae with the hot tub. Tons of loaner bikes in the garage, mostly adult sized but a couple kids bikes as well. "We loved the property especially the view, pickleball and pool. Having bicycles allowed us to explore the development easily. The hosts were very responsive to my queries plus they allowed us to check in one hour early. permitted us to check in an hour earlier. "

"we come to sunriver at least once a year. this may be our favorite house. It was the usual: clean and comfortable with all the needed equipment. but the location in the far north made it especially quiet and peaceful and close to the river for nice walks. hope to come back for our summer stay. and my wife wants to move in permanently :)"
