"Wonderful and stocked with all the essentials."

"A great place in a nice community that is quiet. The pool was really nice and a short walk away. The room is small (literally just a bedroom and bathroom) but it's a perfect place if you plan on being outdoors and using it just to sleep and shower. The shower does not drain well and the toilet should be replaced. It is very low and anyone with any mobility issues or an elderly person would not be able to get up from it. It also does not flush well. So the bathroom could use some minor upgraded....

"We had a great stay at this property. The views in the photo are so accurate and it truly is right on the river. We were able to go a walk/hike right out of our front door down to the river. Easy check in and check out process and great communication with owners. "

"Good value for this older, well located place. Very near spa and indoor pickleball courts. Management was very attentive to problems with TV. Would choose this place again. "

"So dirty.. every surface was sticky and pasty. The pillows and blankets had urine stains there was a molded piece of meat in the refrigerator the dishes were dirty I had to spend the weekend Cleaning just to feel comfortable sleeping in this tiny apartment the location was not ideal. I would not stay there again. They need to do a deep clean if they want people to stay here it was disgusting"

"This is a very well-kept, nicely furnished 2 bedroom apartment. There are restaurants within walking distance and its a short drive to downtown and the OSU Cascades Campus."
