The Seacluded Tree House is an Oceanfront 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach home nestled in the Maritime Forest with its own private beach access. Here you will get the best of both worlds! Imagine being tucked away surrounded by trees only steps from the ocean.
Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a gorgeous staircase that leads up to the main living area and a bedroom with its own private bathroom. Venture up the stairs to the open concept living area and find a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, porch off of the dining area and plenty of room for relaxing after a day at the beach. The grand room features a sunroom that is perfect for your morning cup of coffee for when the ocean breeze is a little too chilly. The third floor is home to the grand master bedroom with a private sunroom, private bathroom with spa tub and walk-in closet. Down the hall of the third floor is two other bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

BEACON'S REACH - GUEST RULES AND NOTES:
1. HOA renter information form must be completed prior to arrival.
2. No more than a total of 12 persons, including children, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit or use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) unless approved in advance by the association. Group parties by renters are not permitted.
3. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all vehicles at all times. Parking of all vehicles shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No vehicles shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor vehicles, jet skis, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain vehicles, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.
4. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8am and after 10pm.
5. Trash is to be set out by the road on Sunday night for early pickup Monday morning.
6. Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your check-in packet with necessary items for your stay.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
