"the place was cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the view was stunning. it shares a property line with the main beach which was nice to visit for the spectacular sunset. the added bonus was it came with kayaks and paddleboards with a launching area right in the backyard. the town with typical shopping and restaurants was only 15 mins away. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay off the beaten path."

"We have rented houses through VRBO all over the U.S.This was easily one of the best!For starters it is so equipped,the kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking,dishes pots pans even some spices condiments tea bags coffee even splenda!All furniture inside and out beautiful,modern clean and comfortable.Hoube is so perfect and beautiful!OK,now the river.Your directly on it with steps leading you right in.They have kayakes life preservers floats.I really cant say enough about this...

"Needed a quick get away and found this little gem! Spent most of our time outside on the patio with our pup. Home came equipped with all the necessities for river activities, we enjoyed the short tour to the river itself and neighboring channels. Walking distance to the upper deck was also great if you didnt want to kayak or paddle up. "Amazing home! Perfect location on crystal blue water. Loved the walks up the river, then float down. Sleeping arrangements were close quarters - so make sure you’re all very comfortable together, a group of family or close friends is perfect! Really awesome house - had everything we needed, including kayaks and paddle boards!"

"This place was great, close to everything and still a 5 minute kayak from a beautiful river. The place looks better inside than outside, and was well furnished and clean. The coolest thing was the Blackstone grill. I do wish the creek in the back had a nice clean bottom, instead of the mucky murky one, but the water was clean at least. We never did see any manatees, because apparently the usually come up river in the winter time."

"The house was amazing for our family of 8 adults. Plenty of room to spread out. The outside area was so relaxing. Beautiful water view and plenty of wildlife. We added the pontoon to our stay and loved taking the boat to the flats each day and canal cruising in the evenings. The area of Hernando Beach was easy to drive around in. No waits at restaurants and plenty of shopping close by. The host were easily accessible and timely with answering questions. We would love to visit again!"

"This house was an absolute dream! We and our guests were very happy with our entire stay. Its right on the river which is where you want to be. We really enjoyed the toys for the river and plan to come back as soon as we can. The pictures are exactly as they are in the house. Thank you Raymond for being a perfect host!"

"The house is located in a perfect spot on the river. We saw manatees, dolphins, fish, an otter and birds. We kayaked, swam and had a nice fire every night at sunset. My three daughters and three grandchildren joined me for a perfect birthday week. Summer, the property manager, answers texts immediately if you have any questions. This was my third stay at this property. I will be back."

"Very nice place! We would definitely stay here again ,loved the location. Took our little jonboat and it was perfect because it had the boat ramp. It really was the perfect place and the price was very reasonable."

"Good property to stay. Just be aware the property has 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd one is an open loft area and person staying in that room must walk through a second bedroom to use bathroom. A water/ice hookup would be appreciated on the refrigerator, as well as a toaster. Property was very clean."

"We were visiting the area to visit family and attend a baby show. The location was perfect for our needs. The property was very nice and the view from the 8th floor was worth a million dollars. When visiting this area in the future I would definitely stay again at this property and have recommended it to friends and other family members."

"We stayed for 3 days and had a great experience. The staff, especially Connie and Sarah went out of their way to make sure I had all I needed, very kind and helpful. The young man that checked me in was just amazing! Again, so helpful. Answered all of my questions about the area. The room had been redone. It was clean. No bugs at all. The pool was excellent! Well attended to. Great overall experience. "
