"Would stay there again"

"Great house, good times. Bad weather but it's January. Pool is lukewarm not heated to 80 degrees. Usually not an issue but we had air temps in the 50's"

"The grass needed mowed. The house was clean it could use a toaster food strain and the light underneath the water in the pool was floating in the water with wires. The wires were connected though. There was some inside ceiling issues but no leaked due to hurricane. But for the price in all it was nice. "

"My wife and I stayed in the MIL suite so that our kids and their families could take over the main house. It worked out perfect. "Family of 5 stayed for 3 days. After the initial booking, all communication was handled via the rental companies website, and through email. I was unable to locate my booking on VRBO after submitting the 3rd party rental agreement. The house was clean and had great access to the beach, with a local access point at the end of the street. "This house is on a nice quiet dead end street so not a ton of traffic. The house is very close to all you need to enjoy Cape Coral. They have bikes you can use, walk, or rent a street legal golf cart like we did. The hot tub is a bonus as not all rentals have the luxury of having one. "Great vacation. House was as advertised. Very easy process from start to finish. "

"The house was very nice, extremely clean. The hot tub was a great extra. Would stay there again"

"Loved our time here. The backyard and pool area was fantastic! Spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all the cups, plates and utensils you need. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender as well. Paying extra for the heated pool was well worth it. But bring your own pens ;). We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Pretty house is clean and well stocked. Queen bed is very comfortable. Quiet street. It’s a 3-5 minute walk to a pretty beach and 10 minute walk to the Mound House. 1 mile drive to grocery store. Communication from management company was excellent and all processes were smooth. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind that there is still rebuilding of area from devastating storm but progress is impressive!"

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach, restaurant and stores. It was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out and lots of games to enjoy when the weather was a little rainy. I definitely recommend this home and we hope to come back again. "
