"My husband and i went back to Journeys End for the second time. Hope to be going in the summer or fsll and sit on the deck and listen to the relaxing water. Place was everything we needed."

"My wife and I wanted to stay in a place where we could travel to several nice mountain towns in one trip. For us this location was perfect for that and the apartment itself was just the right size for her, our dog, and myself. "

"Enjoyed the stay. The owner's communication was exceptional. Location is very convenient to the surrounding Tri City area. Cleanliness and decor of the property are excellent. Due to the weather, I was not able to interact with the animals, but perhaps next time! "

"This is an excellent place to stay, and it is in all respects what it is advertised to be. The property suffers somewhat from a lack of regular attention -- although this may be because it was the off season. Most of the accoutrements are what you would expect from a mid-range, budget-conscious place to stay, while others (including the pool table and the boats) clearly are more in the "luxury stay" category. In particular it should be noted that the HVAC system is in excellent repair and is...

"House was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix. The host was responsive and accommodating. My only critique would be that maybe a couple of different pan options, 1 with a lid. I used the kitchen because I was visiting my husband and stepson who are working out of town and living in a hotel, wanted to make them feel at home."

"The property was nice, clean & convenient.our group didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the outdoor features but they looked very nice."

"We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the house was updated. There is a fence in the backyard even. We have tall men in our family and the living room seating was very comfortable with leather couches that reclined. We spent Christmas there and would do it again. The host was reachable and very nice. I am so pleased. "

"We traveled to Johnson City from Savannah Georgia to celebrate Christmas. The home was exactly as described and was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. I was easily able to entertain a family of five for the holidays. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!"

"Absolutely beautiful home. Gas Fireplace inside and out was perfect. Grill was good! Could use some new cooking pans, but the place was absolutely wonderful. No cell service but had good internet so that wasn't a problem at all. We will definitely rent this in the future. Host was extremely responsive to any questions and provided sound answers and solutions. Thank you for a wonderful memory and weekend! "

"We spent a couple of nights at this lovely quaint cabin while traveling through Tennessee. It far exceeded our expectations. A wonderful place to sit back, relax, watch the snow fall and be entertained by the peacocks, read and just enjoy the beauty of the property. Very clean, comfortable, warm and we loved hearing the history of the property. We look forward to returning again as we visit Tennessee. "
