"A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. Richard and Diane are wonderful hosts and were available my entire time for anything I needed and were more than helpful with my needs. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!"

"Visiting family in mid-November, cabin was a quiet cozy retreat after spending time with family, my nieces baby shower and adventuring to local breweries and restaurants. A surprise snow shower made it all magical evan had time to makesnowman "

"Highly recommend these Cabins, the location is great, so many things to do there and within a short drive. Kiddos had a blast and played outside almost all day! The river is beautiful to wake up to and enjoy a cup of coffee with."

"Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)"

"We didn’t get to spend much time at the house as we were there for a short time. It was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The house was very homey and they had a lot of nice extras. Checking in was easy. Thank you!"

"Very quiet place to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The cabin is nice and clean. Bathroom is very small, needs to be enlarged. Hosts are very friendly. Some of the area is still under clean up from the flood. I would recommend this cabin "

"We had a great stay at this property, it has a beautiful view of the lake and is a short trip to multiple marinas. The house itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just be aware that the driveway is super steep and your tires will slip a bit going up, especially in the rain."

"We stayed at this lovely property for two nights while visiting our son at ETSU. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs and propane fireplace on the back porch. It was wonderful to sit out there in the mornings with our coffee. It rained a bit during our visit, so we didn’t get to make use of the fire pit. There were plenty of towels and most other necessities. Make sure to bring soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as that is not provided. The master bedroom mattress seemed a...

"This carriage house was to darn cute! Exactly what the listing says. The charm of the place adds to its character! The host was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. If you are bringing children, they have a high chair, pack and play, baby bathtub, plastic dinnerware for the kids. When my husband and I come back to visit our son we’ll be checking to see if this carriage house is available, and we might even bring our granddaughter next time!!"
