"I liked the historic nature of the building even though it was old and needed more remodeling work in a way that maintained historicity."

"We went after a PSU game and were very pleased with the contactless entry and accommodations. Nice kitchen and bedroom. Heat worked fantastic after being outside since early morning in 20 degree weather this was a huge comfort when we checked in at 5:30pm. "

"Over my stays here are great, I come into the area often for work. I will say my last 2 stays the rooms were not very “clean” trash still in cans and clothes from previous guest still in sight, yes they may have been “behind” something but if they rooms were properly cleared and cleaned they wouldn’t have been missed. "This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just...

"Super clean and close to university as we could walk there. We did ask for early check in and the host did agree. However, we were told that someone else had rented the night before. We couldnt check in early, which I understand. I just wish the host had reached out to us before we got there. Will stay again if we are in the area. "

"We have wanted to get up to the Pine Creek Valley to bicycle thru the PA Grand Canyon gorge. The cabin was perfect with the bike trail on one side of the property and river on the other. It turned out to be a little chilly to be on the trail everyday but the days we got in were perfect. "

"This cabin is clean, comfortable and cozy. It has everything you could need for staying in the middle of nowhere. Location is great. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer. "

"We're four adults and two small dogs who visited Nature's Best for a long weekend to host a family cookout. The cabin is clean and tidy and well equipped, Terry is an excellent and communicative host. Staying at the cabin has the feel of visiting your grandparents, more so than staying in a rental, as it still maintains much of it's 1980s vintage character and has a family feel to the decorating. "hello just wanted to let you know if you had fans for the upstairs windows then we would have to leave the AC on for half the day,See there only on e window in each room so the cool air dosent come in.maybe a 3 speed fan and it has to fit like 24 inch fan big enough to cool the room...wasted alot of electricity with AC on all the time.thanks the fans are cheap in comparison."
