"This was a last minute booking and a great price for our group. A few things I'll point out the yard was not kept up.It looks like they had storm damage and everything was still down the yard was not able to be used at all.The coffee pot was not there luckily we brought our own.The pool was cloudy and I had to clean the bugs out when we got there. "I booked this and did not get a message until the day of that the property was not available. I had already paid the 2 full payments and had to pay for 2 hotel rooms for the 4 of us. Several people tried to contact the owner Ike who is renting this unit out illegally. No response as of yet. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!"

"Overall the accommodations were good. Id suggest a few things that could improve including providing xtra towels and washcloths for overflow. In addition, i'd definitely add TVs to the 2 smaller rooms. The front porch should be repaired to prevent accidents and injuries. The house was clean and neat and the neighborhood was quiet. "The staff made our stay amazing! Just a few things; please clean the mildew from the waterfall at the pool, it would take no time! The pool bar attendant didn’t acknowledge me while I stand there for about 5 minutes, a simple “I’ll be right there with you” would have been enough. There also wasn’t any shampoo in the shower, so I washed my hair with body wash :) "
