Roomy new cottage is on the square, surrounded by huge southern oaks, beautiful lakes, steps from cafe, pool, lake and boathouse. Quaint, quiet vacation-like community. Perfect for fishing, walking, and biking.

Excellent option for family or wedding party attending or hosting at Chapel at The Waters, short walk to chapel.


approx. 1800 sq feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath, all new furnishings, giant sectional, lg. flatcreen tv, king upholstered bed in master, queen beds in other rooms. kitchen well appointed. Stainless Steel, granite countertops. WIFI.

The Guesthouse at The Waters is located 10 minutes east of Montgomery's premier shopping area Eastchase, and 20 minutes from historic downtown Montgomery and Maxwell AFB. and just a short drive to Auburn University, Tuskegee and Troy Universities. a good choice for golfers, in between Auburn and Capitol Hill RTJ courses.

Wedding Weekend

The beauty of The Waters has to be experienced. It can’t be described. The lake , the scenery, the variety of birds to watch. It’s so peaceful and beautiful everywhere. The cottage was beautiful , comfortable and perfectly located near the town center which has restaurants , morning coffee, essentials to buy at the small store , And a new Spa! The wedding at the Chapel nearby made it the perfect place to stay and enjoy not having to drive. You can check in, park and never leave!! Everything is right there!

Great place for a little R&R

Great location in the heart of the Waters on Pike Road. Right off the square with a beautiful view of town square, Very short walk to restaurant and beautiful, relaxing pool. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the front patio with our wine enjoying the view and meeting all the friendly neighbors and their pets. Comfortable home with plenty of room.

Perfect

We rented this home for our youngest daughter’s wedding weekend. It was perfect! Great size for the flowers to sit (mother of groom did floral arrangements for wedding ) and still have room to walk. Spacious bedrooms with a bathroom for each ! We loved our stay.

Wedding weekend

Our family enjoyed a long weekend stay as our son was getting married at a local East Montgomery church. Kim was timely in her responses when we had questions. Highly recommend this spacious and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful community. We enjoyed the pool, walking the grounds, Hole in the Wall coffee shop and NYC Gyro. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful neighborhood

Absolutely loved The Waters, The Chapel and the local coffee shop. The home is located on a lovely square and very convenient for wedding guests of The Chapel. However, it is in dire need of a deep cleaning and overall “sprucing up”. A few special amenities would have been nice (wash cloths, soaps, coffee pot, comfortable balcony/porch chairs). I would definitely recommend this rental - but not until it has been thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom and restocked with a few essentials.

Delightful!

Relaxing and enjoyable for everyone. Great space for gathering and playing games and beds were super comfortable. Loved the pools! We brought our golf cart and thoroughly enjoyed riding around the BEAUTIFUL neighborhood! Loved the amenities and shops nearby! Everything was fabulous!

Wedding weekend

The house was the perfect place for the bridesmaids to stay the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bridesmaids enjoyed walking over to the quaint coffee shop located nearby. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful Community

The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to navigate the property. The online description matches the property perfectly. We were visiting family that lives at The Waters, which is a great little community with tons of outdoor options. I highly recommend this property.

Peaceful weekend stay while visiting Auburn

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to Auburn, but a very peaceful little getaway spot. I enjoyed a morning around the lake. We had almost everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. Some suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide a kitchen garbage can. 2. Provide wash cloths. 3. Make sure all beds had at least 4 pillows. The downstairs bedroom has only 1 and a throw pillow.

This property was perfect for our visit. The accommodations were just right and the community was perfect for walking and enjoying the sights. The coffee shop was a nice bonus. This home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay!

Excellent, quiet getaway

We found this listing last minute for our Labor Day getaway and we're glad we did. The home was very clean, large and well decorated. We found basics like silverware, toiletries, and towels. The owner provided a resident card for access to the pool and workout facilities. The community was small and quiet and the residents were super friendly. Shopping in Montgomery was only minutes away with plenty of options for dining and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying in the Waters for our baby shower

Our son and daughter in-law are stationed in Montgomery with AF. They are expecting our 6th grand child in August. We held a virtual shower for the new baby to be. We needed to have an extra place to stay and found the VRBO on Chapel Hill in the Waters. It was the perfect size for what we needed and conveniently located. We had a wonderful time!
