"Ett trevligt område med time-shares som också hyrs ut till gäster när ägarna ej är där. Vi hade en bra utrustad lägenhet nära poolen med en liten uteplats/terass. Städningen varje dag var bra där vi var extra glada för att de också diskade! Säkerheten kändes dålig i lägenheten, mycket stod öppet med bara myggnät som barriär, dörren ut mot poolen gick att öppnat utifrån om någon skulle ha kraft och vilja att göra det. Kändes ändå ok givet att området hade vakter och det var mycket aktivitet...

"Amazing cottage, I stayed in Breeze by myself. Roomy, breeze through the windows was amazing, view is amazing. Short walk to beach, right down the hill, no beach chairs though. Owners were responsive when I had questions or needs. The driveway is steep and taxi's can not drive up, so just be mindful of that, you gotta lug everything up that so pack accordingly. I had a local that did my driving and tours which allowed me to fully relax. Beautiful island and property. Bed was comfortable!...

"Lugar incrivel!!! A porta do quarto dá de frente pro mar… 3 passos adiante e você está na areia da praia! O recepcionista Niel foi muito legal e prestativo conosco! O único arrependimento foi não ter ficado mais dias. Iremos voltar! Obs: há apenas 1 único restaurante perto que dá pra ir a pé, então é melhor alugar um carro pra comprar alimento e conhecer melhor a ilha 🏝️ "

"The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today. "

"The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore! "Sarah’s cottage was exactly as she described. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the tree frogs at night and seeing all the lizards and beautiful birds. Sarah’s dog Honey was adorable, and Sarah provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, and the cottage was convenient to all beaches..and a nice, relaxing place to come back to after exploring the island."
