The Space:
Welcome to Your Dream Cabin in the Smokies!

Step inside and be greeted by a warm, inviting living area that features rustic decor, plush seating, and a cozy fireplace. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals using modern appliances. Enjoy your culinary creations at the charming dining table, or take your meal outside to the spacious deck and dine with a view.

The properties themselves are large cabins which are split into smaller units for our guests to enjoy. Don't worry! All of the amenities & spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, patios, hot tubs, living rooms, kitchens, entrances, etc. are still completely private and you will not have to share with any other guests.

Our home is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind in the comfortable living room with a movie night on the large flat-screen TV, or challenge your family and friends to a game night with the provided board games. The expansive deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, complete with comfortable seating and stunning mountain views. Plus, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

After a day of adventures, retreat to one of our inviting bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and private access to the deck. Additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds and cozy decor, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Upstairs, you'll find a full bed, a pool table for some indoor fun, and an additional full bathroom.

Our cabin is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and ample parking. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, and there's a BBQ grill on the deck for outdoor cooking. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, our mountain retreat offers the perfect backdrop for your Pigeon Forge getaway.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you will be able to access the entire property with the exception of a few areas reserved for house supplies. As part of the Big Bear resort area, you will also have access to common community amenities including the Club House, Exercise Room, Recreation Facilities, Outdoor Swimming Pool (10 AM - 10 PM), and Indoor Swimming Pool with a hot tub (10 AM - 10 PM).

The Neighborhood:
We're so excited to share our cabin in one of the best spots in town! It’s perfectly nestled in the mountains, offering a peaceful escape, yet just a mile away from all the major attractions.

Other Things to Note:
| WE HAVE SOME VERY BASIC RULES FOR THE TOWNHOME |

・Must be 25 years or older to book
・Max occupancy is 6 (including children)
・NO smoking
・NO drugs
・Don't steal stuff, don't break stuff — we will find out
・Be respectful of our property and others in the neighborhood
・NO pets (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)

・CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
・CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM
・QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

・Bears are dangerous
・Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
・You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
・We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
・We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!
