Wife’s birthday surprise!
Condo was beautiful! Very clean. Great view!! The only problem was some of the recliners didn’t work but we managed!! I would definitely recommend the condo to others! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

Fall Getaway
We booked this condo for a little fall getaway in the smokies for our anniversary. Check-in process was great, and the complex even has an elevator & carts to help move luggage, groceries etc. That was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of PF and 15 min from Gatlinburg and 5 min from Sevierville. The mattress was comfy and the condo was clean. The only little complaints we had was 1) the bug sprayer people just took it upon themselves to NOT knock but instead unlock and walk right into the condo with us there and getting dressed which was extremely disrespectful & they came in and sprayed the condo while we are standing there. 2) you will need to bring your own spatula for cooking and any seasonings (even as simple as salt & pepper), 3) there is no garbage disposal which is not that big of a deal. You will just have to dump it into the trash and finally 4) the tv in the living room would freeze up constantly. But not a big deal, we had the bedroom tv. Note, the best thing about staying here is that you do not have to pick-up, take-out or clean anything before you leave. We travel to so many places booking places on these type of sites for vacations and this is the first place we didn't have to do anything before we left. That was greatly appreciated! Thank you for letting us stay!!!

Great location and view
Condo was in a convenient location. It was clean and updated. Only cons were as previously mentioned. The reclining furniture didn't function properly. The TV remote for the main TV doesn't work so the TV is pointless. Messaged the host the night we got there and never heard a word. I would also suggest curtains in the bedroom as the blinds don't block out much light at night from the bright lights in the parking lot. Overall, we had a great stay!

Labor day Getaway 2024
Overall we had a pretty good getaway. The condo was spacious and clean. The location was quiet and we enjoyed the pool. I am not a big complainer but we did have a few situations here. The 3 stars overall are because #1 Of the 2 sinks in the main bath, one sink was cracked and leaked. The towels under the sink all got wet. #2 The TVs did not work well at all. The one in the bedroom was programmed for mostly spanished stations. #3 There were several lightbulbs out in the dining area. I texted the owner with all our concerns and the owner was timely with a response. They said they knew about the crack in the sink and thought it was patched until they could replace it. They will contact maintenance in the morning. The next day we told the owner they could wait until we left to fix the sink. We used the 2nd sink. Housekeeping came with fresh towels but no light bulbs. We just had to deal with the TVs as they were. I did not hear from the owner after this. In closing, I feel like we paid top dollar for a good condo with a cracked sink and TVs that half worked. The owner could have offered a discount or something because everything was not up to standards. Even with that (I would like to try to say here again) Thank you, Labor day getaway 2024

My wife and I enjoyed staying on your condos. It really is a best place to enjoy your vacation, feel your peace in your days OFF, and we enjoy that comfy provided to us. My son was really happy staying there of its vast space of the location. I can't wait to come back on my next vacation. I recommend this location to other people who have kids. Thank you guys.

Just the Basics
This place is great if you're looking for just the basics with a great location. Felt safe, easy to get around, provides ample sleeping and bathroom area for 4 people. Great communicate and renter always got back to me quickly. I appreciated that no clean up was required on my part when checking out. Kitchen items are minimal and some dishes were dirty, couch was broken on one end, shower water pressure was non-existent, and couch recliner didn't work well. House has no manuals so I had to ask about how to find the pool. One thing of note about the pool- there isn't a lifeguard on hand however we learned that there is a security camera with someone watching swimmers. This become an issue as the maintenance man monitoring the camera came to the pool with screenshots of kids on his phone to yell about them leaning on the pool rope. This seemed incredibly inappropriate and unsettling. It needs to be better communicated that children are being recorded/monitored while swimming at the pool.

Location was fantastic, view was even better. But the condo its self was not very good. Back door handle was non existent, the hottub drain didnt work so you couldnt use the hottub, the shower handle is also kind of janky. The owner or condo manager didnt accommodate us for an entire week stay [2 days of trashbags, dish soap, laundry soap for their lennins] if it wasnt for the view and the location i wouldn't have gave it 3 stars overall.

This condo was very spacious, close to a lot o entertainment, and accommodated our family well. I will say the comforters were dirty with red stains on them that had obviously not been washed. The other linen seemed cleaned with no stains and the towels were clean as well. There were a few items left from previous tenants so I wondered how well the cleaning crew did before we got there.

The condo is beautiful and spacious! Great location! Beautiful view from the balcony. Only issue with the condo was the family room tv didnt want to work properly. Not a worry for our stay though. Will be back!!

Family Vacation
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge, the location of this condo is good. It is close to the strip so it convenient to get to lots of things to do. As other visitors have commented I would agree that the front door looks like it was broken into and is definitely not a good 1st impression for your stay. We were very concerned about the security of the condo and leaving our personal belongings in the condo when we went out. I would say the overall cleanliness of the condo is good but they need to at minimum professionally clean the carpet in the bedroom. I believe that every visitor has had an issue with the washing machine and like them it broke the 1st time we used it, during our stay. I would say if you are going to advertise that you have a washing machine then you should replace it as it is obviously an issue. I reached out many times with questions and never received a response from the hosts. Lack of communication was not good in my opinion.

Great location, nice place, needs some repairs
We enjoyed staying at this condo. The kitchen worked well for us to prepare 1-2 meals there for our family of 4 each day. The small number of dishes meant we had to wash dishes without a full load, but the dishwasher worked great. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the layout was great to have space for the kids to sleep but also be able to shut the bunk doors and make the most of the living space. We went to the pool one day and enjoyed that amenity. The internet service is not the best. We couldn’t get enough signal to use Netflix for family movie nights until day 4 of our stay, and it was hit or miss to be able to book tickets for local attractions on our phones. The biggest disappointment was that the washing machine wasn’t working, so we had to go to a laundromat. I advised the property management company about the washing machine, internet problems, and a few other needed repairs. Overall, great location for the Smoky Mountain area, nice place, just needs a little more attention to detail between stays to ensure everything is ready to use for the next guest.

Property needs some updates
First of all, the elevator in this first building(oldest I'm guessing) was filthy and was never cleaned the week we were there. The condo had a door that looked like a break-in had occurred (found out the owners son lost his key and did this ???) The kitchen was not very well stocked with utensils and pans. The washing machine was HORRIBLE. It rocked so badly, we were afraid it would come through the door into the kitchen! And we DID NOT over load it. It just needs to be replaced. The television went out on our first night and had to be replaced, so people were in the condo while we were out during the day (one day to try to fix it and the next day to replace it). That made us a little uncomfortable not knowing who was coming in and out. On the plus side, the location is great and the area is quiet. We have stayed in these condos in the past with our grandchild and the playground and indoor pool is very nice. We would definitely stay in this condo area again, but would probably get a different unit.

Amazing little place
We can here with our two young children and it was perfect. Super close to Dollywood and Splash Country. Lots of restaurants close by. Little playground and pool too. Condo was equipped with everything we needed for me, my husband, toddler and baby!
