24/7 video/audio recording monitors the front porch area, walkway, and parking area.
Cameras are for the safety of our guests and the property.
NO cameras inside the property or on the back decks.

Check-in instructions with unique door entry code and address sent 24 hours before your stay.
Door code will not work until set check-in time.

*We subscribe to a monthly pest control service; however, we are in the mountains and surrounded by woods. Bugs, wasps, ticks, spiders, ants, mosquitos, and other little critters can and do still find their way in.

HOUSE RULES
o No 3rd Party Bookings - Person booking must be staying
o Check-in: 4:00 PM. (no early check-ins)
o Checkout: 10 AM. (no late check-outs)
$25 charge for every 15 minutes past checkout time unless prior arrangements are made between owner and guest.
o Keyless keypad entry
o Must be 25+ years old to book.
o Copy of a valid ID will be required at booking.
o A short-term rental agreement will be emailed requiring your signature. Agreement and ID must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
o Maximum occupancy is 6 (including children & infants) Total number of guests must be listed on the booking reservation and rental agreement.
o No Pets allowed – $500 fine and asked to leave immediately without a refund. You will be charged if proof/evidence is found after checkout that you had snuck a pet in.
o No Parties or Events – you will be asked to leave immediately without refund
o No Smoking inside the property- $500 fine
o Any issue with the cabin must be reported to the owner immediately upon check-in or within12 hrs. and must allow the owner opportunity to address the resolve the issue.

Hot Tub Rules
o No glass in the Hot Tub.
o No sitting on Hot Tub lid – damages to the Tub or lid will result in a charge
o Use Hot Tub at your own risk; children must be supervised around the hot tub
o The Hot Tub is emptied, disinfected, and refilled between each stay.
Hot Tub towels provided in the basket next to the back door.
