"Ja: Lage, sehr gut gelegt. Nah zum Bus, zu Market, zum Zentrum, zum Seilbahn. Aufzug, beqwame Bette (alle). Im Sommer keine direkte Sonne. Ausreichende Ausrustung. Sauber vorbereitet, hilfsbare Hausmeister. Nein: eher laut wegen Restaurant, Parkplatz direkt unter Fenster, Nahbarschaft. Wer gut schlaeft ist kein Problem wenn man Fenster zumacht. Die Wohnung ist eher alt und und hat nicht ausgenutzte Potential. Wer kommt um zu besuchen nicht wohnen soll zufrieden sein. "

"Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick durchs Panoramafenster. Die Wohnung war ganz toll warm und ist super geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Leider ab 2025 nur noch ohne Hund, ansonsten wären wir vielleicht nochmal dort hin gekommen. Kritikpunkt wäre der Zugang zur Wohnung da dieser mit Bänken und Tischen ziemlich voll gestellt ist. Die schon mehrmals angesprochenen Gewürze welche seit Jahren abgelaufen sind sowie versch. Spinnennetze welche nach einer Reinigung mit ihrer...

"Toller Aufenthalt. Die Hütte hat einen besonderen Charme.Der Anstieg ist anstrengend aber machbar. Der Vermieter hat uns Spikes für die Schuhe und Stirnlampen zur Verfügung gestellt. "Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Vor allem der neu gestaltete Wohn Küchenbereich ist ein Highlight. Der Balkon war am Ende des Tages immer unser Ausklang. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und bei Fragen sofort hilfsbereit.Die Lage am Hang war super um mit dem Hund zu spazieren. Das Skigebiet war gut zu erreichen und hat auch viel Spaß gemacht.Unser Silvester war damit einfach traumhaft mit Platz in der ersten Reihe über Matrei."

"Roland was a wonderful host . The property was a five min walk to the nearest lift that gave you access to the entire St. Johann ski area. The town was just an about a 20 min walk with lots of shops and dining. The house itself was plenty of room for our family of five. the kitchen was spacious and well equipped . We will be back! "
