"i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...

"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"We had a really nice time in Umbria. The villa has a great garden, wonderfull pool, amazing patio and a nice atmosphere. The surroundings and little towns near by are breathtaking...also the nearby lake and waterfalls. The villa would be absolutely amazing and has a lot of potential. "We had a wonderful stay at Etemo d’elle Fate. The kids loved the pool, the cats and the food. The view is amazing overlooking the valley with olive trees all around. We had a great large 2 bedroom apartment ideal for a family of 4."
