Our Slice of Heaven with view & pond in North Pickens near Table Rock State Park

Our slice of heaven is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains only 8 mins from Table Rock State Park. Our guest house is sitting on 55 wooded acres with a 4 acre pond and amazing awe inspiring panoramic views of Pinnacle and Table Rock Mountain.
Wrap yourself in the serenity of nature, with nothing more to wake you in the morning than the pleasant sounds of song birds beckoning you to delight in the new day.

The space
Feast your eyes and ears while you enjoy your morning tea or coffee listening to nothing but wildlife. Then off to one of the 3 nearby diners, just five minutes away, Pumpkintown diner where all the locals enjoy breakfast or you can enjoy breakfast our country gas station; Holly Springs, or at the quaint country clubhouse (The Rock of Jocassee)

Take a day trip to Asheville, NC to visit the Biltmore Mansion or walk about the artsy downtown is only a lovely scenic 1.5 hour drive away. While other captivating NC towns like Cashiers, Sapphire, and Brevard are also just about an hours drive through alluring curvy mountain roadways.

You can also visit one of the nations fastest growing and most appealing new cities, with our gem Greenville being just a 45 minute drive.

Or take an afternoon lunch and wine tasting at our own little Napa ~ "Victoria Vineyards" just a 15-20 minute drive up Hwy 11.

We are close to 2 major airports within an hour, Asheville and Greenville Spartanburg, with Charlotte Airport being a bit further at a 2.5 hour drive.

All the shopping you could ever want or need and restaurants galore await you just 25-30 minutes away at the closest larger town being Easley. While Pickens Downtown, with grocery stores like Ingles, BiLo and Wal-Mart are just a 15 minute drive.

Or you can sip a frosty beverage while you go fishing and lay by our pond and catch some rays....

Do you enjoy the serenity of nature and fresh mountain breezes... If so, YoU have come to the right place! Then park your Adirondack Chair on the deck and let the rain pour, you've got no worries, just enjoy the view from a great vantage point!

linens provided ( towels-sheets and pillows only- we do not supply blankets anymore) please bring your own blankets. (This will ensure an earlier available check in time )

3 night minimum.
We will make an exception for 2 or less people; for 2 night during the week Sundays-Thursdays, just send us an email request and we will try to accommodate.

Heaven On Earth!
Such an amazing home and some amazing hosts! We spent our wedding anniversary here, when we walked in they had a wonderful note for us and a bottle of champagne. Did I say they were amazing hosts?? The only negative experience was leaving, we didn’t want to…lol. We are definitely coming back!

Quiet and relaxing
The rental was better than expected. It is much bigger than it appears. Even with 2 teenagers, there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed fishhing in the pond and the fire pit. The views are amazing also. The host was always available to answer questions and make sure everything was good.

Weekend Getaway
I was very pleased with this weekend getaway. The view was breathtaking. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed fishing and just spending quality time together as a family. We will be back. Highly recommended!!!

Cozy Getaway with Breathtaking View
Everything was as described here for the property and we loved every second of our stay. Samantha was incredibly hospitable and responsive, really going above and beyond. The property itself is amazing and, while it was too cold to enjoy the perks of the pond, we definitely enjoyed the fire pit under a wonderful view of the stars. Everything was clean and all expectations of the property were met if not exceeded. Only minutes from Table Rock State Park and we were able to spend a whole day there with our two young children (4 & 6) without them getting bored. An all-around enjoyable experience and we can't wait to go back!

The Mountains are Calling
Samantha and Tommy go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great experience. We have stayed in bigger and much more expensive cabins, but this place puts the others to shame. Extremely clean, awesome views, quiet, wonderful hosts, what else would you want? We will be back!!

Great place and even better hosts!
This was such a great stay! Even without power due to recent bad weather, we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything! Power was back on within 24 hours of our arrival and the hosts were great help throughout it all! This is definitely a great place to stay and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for the perfect getaway!

We had the best weekend relaxing at the cozy house and were able to fit in horseback riding and a pontoon boat tour on Lake Jocassee all in one short weekend! Samantha was so accommodating!

Great vacation spot
The cabin was clean and smelled so nice! Great location, close to various fun things to do. Loved the lake and the fishing. The owners were very accommodating and replied to messages quickly. Would recommend for a small family. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful relaxing retreat!
Our family had a wonderful trip at Samantha and Tommy's guest cabin. I communicated with Samantha from the beginning and she was always responsive and very accommodating. She made us feel right at home. The cabin was easy to find and represented well in the pictures. We all thought it was very very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and appliance you would have at home. We were able to cook some nice meals there. We also used the fire pit to make s'mores and had a nice evening outside. My son enjoyed fishing on the pond and taking the row boat out. We only had time for a short stay but we will be back!!

Our family loved it! It is clean, quaint and cozy with all the necessities provided. The hosts Ms. Samantha and Mr. Tommy are great! EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY
this was by far the best trip we had. The place was so clean and cozy. Our family of 5 fit perfectly in it! It was so nice to spend time fishing, hiking, camp fires, catching fireflies, I mean it was perfect. The hosts we awesome, ensured our stay was lovely and were so hospitable. Great vacation at a great price
The property was very clean. Check in was a breeze and instructions and details were very clear and easy to understand. The house was very private and the host were very nice. In the messages before the trip even began I mentioned about my girlfriend going to clemson to school as this was our trip before she left. When we arrived there was fresh flowers in the kitchen and rose with a clemson decorative item for us to take with us. Absolutely shocked at the thought and kindness put forth but strangers but felt like they knew us for years.
