"Being a new boutique style hotel in the Amalfi Coast region we thought we would try something that with a rental vehicle would be central enough to do day trips to Amalfi, Sorento and Positano. All are within 30-45min drive which in this area is a massive for a travelling family on a budget and doesnt want to deal with the chaos of getting in and out of only 1 of these coastal towns. The location is secluded and peaceful. The staff were extremely hospitable and the rooms were modern and spacious...

"Absolutely perfect. From the beginning till the end. The staff is efficient and lovely. The localization is gold in a place with so many stairs. The bedroom is enormous, charming and completely comfortable. The view is amazing. I definitely recommend it. "

"A parte física do hotel é linda, pois tem um vista maravilhosa, no entanto, a maioria das pessoas que trabalham na recepção dos hóspedes é muito grosseira e impaciente. "

"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"

"We loved the Belview Positano. The views from the balcony, the size and cleanliness of the apartment, and the contact with Marco were all exceptional. The apartment was larger than I expected. Marco was so helpful with taxi services, check-in, recommendations for local places and any services we needed. The apartment is very high up and it takes about 20-25 minutes of walking stairs to reach the beach. It you want a great view of Positano, with super customer service and you are comfortable with...

"Acomodação muito boa, moderna e com boa varanda! PORÉM, acho totalmente desnecessário ser cobrado por: 40 euros limpeza + 10 roupa de cama + 10 toalhas. Sendo que toalhas não são trocadas e quarto tem que ser entregue limpo em qualquer lugar do mundo e roupas de cama também não foram trocadas. Esse detalhe importante é u ponto FRACO."

"The terrace offers incredible views of the ocean, very close to the port and main strip. It’s also easy to get to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home itself could use some more furniture, but was perfect for two of us! "

"We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "

"Staying at Casa Pendola was far the best part of our Amalfi Coast trip. Agerola is such a nice small town and people are friendly everywhere. Easy to reach either Positano or Amalfi (20 min). The hotel was extremely clean, it s located in a mountain, so it has a beautiful ocean view, nice pictures from our room. Very very clean, feels like home. Amazing breakfast! Thank you guys so much for everything."

"O hotel é novo, o quarto é grande, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, o banheiro e chuveiro muito bom. O cafe da manhã é basico, mas tudo muito organizado. Todos os funcionários são muito solicitos , sempre prontos a nos ajudar. A unica coisa que eu recomendaria é q se tenha mais opções salgadas no cafe da manhã, porque tem muita coisa doce.. E que tivesse variação nos itens do cafe da manhã, porque nós estivemos hospedados lá por quatro dias e o cafe da manhã foi exatamente igual todos ps dias. Mas , super recomendo e eu voltaria com toda certeza!"

"Maravilhoso hotel, limpeza café da manhã , estacionamento , fácil acesso Vista maravilhosa do Vulcão Vesuvio Para Pompéia 25 min Para Sorrento apesar de 13 km , 56 min por conta da estrada . O hotel oferece passeios à costa amalfitana e Capri Do píer do hotel são os passeios de Barco . Que depende das condições do mar . Valeu muito a pena. O passeio a Capri foi exclusivo, ganhamos tempo no translado da balsa e foi 4 horas de passeio tudo incluso o barco , o translado . O hotel faz o pacote "

The bathroom doesn't have a window and very little light. Hairdryer is one of those vacuums attached to the wall. Shower is small and fills up with water. Walls are so thin we can hear the neighbours flushing and spitting during the night. Bed was quite hard (which we liked), but pillows were absolutely terrible quality. 2 plugs in the entire room, one of which was of difficult access. Phone doesn't work/not indicated how to call reception. Balcony with an amazing view (only thing that we liked). Hallways in front of elevator smell like cigarette the entire time. Breakfast is absolutely terrible - a weird buffet with food that I didn't quite dare touch. They served cold cuts, boiled eggs, jam and butter, basically. Machine for coffee etc, no real milk and no one to ask for it. Decor on this "restaurant" absolutely decadent too, looking dirty. Only person you see at breakfast is a guy who comes near you and says "number room?" and then leaves. We weren't given any recommendations for restaurants and found only 2 nearby. Both very average, but other options are too far for the night. At least there was free parking."
