"Loved the spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment! The housekeeping staff was amazing! The appliances were in pristine condition. A very nice, quiet place to stay for a relaxing vacation! Although a ROKU TV was in the apartment, I had to purchase my own antenna so I could get local stations because the TV was streaming only. It was also very difficult to get door to door delivery for groceries, food, etc."

"Overall, this property met my needs. I was in Phoenix for an event. I needed a place to sleep. If I were to have had to spend more time there, the litter box smell would’ve bothered me more. I’m assuming someone with a cat had stayed there. Not to mention the other cats roaming the property. So if you’re allergic to cats, probably not the place to stay. People were very friendly and everything I needed was within walking distance. I got lucky and got a spot on the street to park. I never moved...

"This was a GREAT place to stay! Only downside was there was loud noise from the bar late at night (until 2AM) AND THEN loud noise REALLY early (like 5AM) from construction. So if you’re sensitive to noise, maybe not the place for you. Also a few cleanliness issues (make up on bed sheets and hair found on coffee maker). Otherwise was a great place to stay!"

"Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great. "

"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"It was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend just walking outside at night was a bit unsafe. I also recommend that you read the information sent to you for checking in well. Lots to learn but worth it!"

"Quiet neighborhood. Very cute living space and back yard. Spent most of my time away from the property but it was nice place to return to and relax at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again! "

"We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to all of our activities while in Phoenix. Our only complaint was that each evening a strong marijuana smell filled the main bedroom and bathroom. We assume it was coming from one of the neighbors through a wall. We had to open the windows to allow it to air out before going to sleep. "

"The place was clean. The property management company was informative and communicated promptly. Thank you."

"The property description was accurate. There are a few minor things like the fan in the bedroom clicks and the faucet in the tub is loose but overall it’s a bargain for the price. The best part was the hostess, she is incredible. Highly recommended. "

motel que não queria passar de novo

"não tem WIFI no motel, o telefone não funiona, os equipamentos são velhos, cama pequena e muito mole, não tem ar condionado individual, nem oferece café de manhã, corredor sujo, com fezes e secreções,o pior é tem pessoas moradores de rua rodeando no redor de motel e na madrugada hega 2 viaduras de corpo de bombeiro e um carro de policial no motel, nem sei o que aonteceu."
