The bath has a large walk-in shower. The living room has a large sectional and 2 recliners and a 70” TV. Other rooms include a large dining area, kitchen area, large patio with furniture, and new barbecue. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, all new appliances including a washer, dryer, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and glass stovetop, and full oven with microwave. Small appliances include a hand mixer, blender, Keurig, and conventional coffee makers. New pots and pans and cooking utensils are included as are dishcloths, drying towels, soap pods, etc.
ONE GUEST MUST BE 55 OR OLDER IN ORDER TO COMPLETE BOOKING. Government ID's & signed rental agreement are required before checking in. Owner requires 30 minimum night stay, if it is less than that you can request it and it will be upon approval.
