This stunning home has a beautiful wide-open concept with upgraded amenities, 10 ft ceilings throughout and a TV in every room. Less than 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale for those planning to check out the Fashion Square shopping, numerous world-class restaurants, and nightlife in Old Town! Ideally located for SPRING TRAINING with easy access to freeway and less than 15 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, Talking Stick Resort, multiple golf courses, and Camelback Mountain.

POOL HEATING COST: There is an extra $25/night charge if you want the pool heated. Please message the host right after booking if you want the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure cover stays on the pool.

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

How you pay for pool heating depends on what channel you booked through. If your booking is through Airbnb, make the payment via www.Airbnb.com/resolutions. For bookings made through other channels, payment can be made in the Marketplace section of the online Guidebook, which we will text you 14 days prior to your stay. Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. For example, if you pay for Friday night, the heating will be available from midday Friday to midday Saturday, aligning with your reservation timeline.

Size and space great! Location ideal. Floors and fans need to be cleaned. Need more coffee mugs. After a shower in front bathroom, there was water by tub. Front bedroom had one outlet not by mirror and no nightstand. We bought more hangers.

Perfect house

There were 5 ladies between 62 and 80 that stayed in this wonderful home. Perfect location, quiet at night, all the comforts of home. Close to Scottsdale attractions and downtown Phoenix. Would recommend this place to any group between 4 and 7 adults.

Good location with comfortable rooms

The house was clean and comfortable. The location was very close to Old Town, and we didn't have to drive far to play golf. The primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing!We paid the additional fee to have the pool heated and the temperature was perfect. The pool was small, but it was functional. We also really enjoyed the pool table. This house has everything that you need.

Great Stay!

Property was centrally located and we found ourselves going to Papago Park several times while we stayed, including the zoo and botanical garden. Also, location was convenient enough to walk to the store when needed. The layout of the house lended itself to family togetherness. We had game time, movie time, dinner/snack time, and pool tournaments! Kitchen was also great to cook in and the grill functioned great!Some recommendations -1) More coffee cups (had to use mason jar on one occasion to drink coffee)2) Consider labeling the handles of the shower in the master bath (Caused confusion at first)Other than that, the management was super responsive. We highly recommend this property!

Great home close to Old Town

My extended family of 8 stayed here for 4 wonderful nights in early December. The home was the perfect size for our group. We really enjoyed the pool table near the kitchen and the heated pool (be careful of the step into the house from the pool - itā€™s easy to miss and my sister in law stubbed her toe!). The home is only about 2 miles from Old Town. We opted to Uber to Old Town to avoid any parking issues. All in all, this is a lovely home in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay!

This home had all that we needed. Enough beds and baths for all. The small pool was perfect for the hot weather. The location is close to most everything. Weā€™ve stayed in this house twice and hope to again!

The property was great. I was just frustrated that when I requested an extra hour for check out it was denied. I was told the property was going to have new guests coming in. However when I checked the availability it showed the property was available. I donā€™t like Tuckedin properties, itā€™s like youā€™re talking to a robot, no personal connection. I will continue to book through Vbro, just not a tucked in hosted property.

Surprised

Looked small from outside but huge on the inside with 12 foot ceilings. Master bedroom was bigger than the living room with rainfall shower. Appliances and fixtures were top of the line. Had to use thongs to retrieve clothes from big and deep washer. Best 4 bedroom unit we ever stayed in. 7 stars easily.

Wonderful updated house!

We had six adults stay over ASU graduation. This rental was in a great location and a perfect spot to relax, cook and spend time together. We lounged poolside which was a treat coming from MN. Four bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was Gold Star!!

ā€œWorking Remoteā€

I rented the house for a month to work remote and invited friends and family to come and visit. The house was a perfect location. Every Saturday we walked to the Scottsdale Farmers Market and came home to make meals, hang out by the pool and watch March Madness. The house never felt cramped. The common space was perfect. Los Sombreros, The Wall and Albertsonā€™s were within walking distance as well. The pool got sun all day and even though we didnā€™t use the fire pit, it would have been great. Beds were really comfortable and the master bedroom had a desk in a quiet area perfect for conference calls. PS: there is coolers in the laundry room - very useful šŸ˜‚

Great Large Group Vacation Home

We loved our stay here! We had a group of eight girls and the property was perfect. We could have easily accommodated more people and not felt cramped. The pool was great and warm when heated and the furniture outside was in good condition. The beds inside were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The living room/kitchen/dining room area was huge and easily accommodated everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc and we found everything we needed to cook there. The location was great- a short 5-10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and we found multiple coffee shops in walking distance. The only issue we had was the floors were dirty- all of our feet turned black with grime when we walked barefoot. Overall, we loved this place and would choose it again!

Exceeded expectations

Our stay in Arizona was amazing and the house was a big reason why. We had 4 baseball players all week and at times had 10 guys at the house for dinner. Very roomy, clean and great amenities. We had the pool heated for us which was great after games. Pool table in the living room was used as well. Roomy and open kitchen and dining area as well as big patio with a grill which we used a lot. Minor complaint that the Keurig did not work properly (water just pours out all the time) and there was very little in the way of silverware. But everything else was great!
