In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice suite, great location but dated
Great suite for families, bit dated but great location. No laundry detergent, coffee pods or extra blankets. Vacassa would not let us check in early or late check out.

Nice condo
We enjoyed staying at this condo. the king bed was comfortable and all in all it was nice. Nice to have two bathrooms. There are quite a few stairs up to the condo so be aware of that if you have any problems climbing stairs. 18 stairs up to unit and another 8 stairs inside to get to the living space. We had a problem with the code for garage but inside condo was a remote so that worked fine once we found it. We did not use pools so cannot comment on those. Quiet neighborhood.

Disappointed
The condo complex was beautiful. The housekeeping was very poor. The bedroom carpet had 5 huge stains that we couldn’t go barefooted in, nasty. The shower floor was slippery & the shower liner had orange slimy stuff all over it. I had to scour the tub, so we wouldn’t slip & fall!!! We were so disappointed we vacated 3 days early & at our cost stayed at another resort. This was our 1st time at a VRBO. Not sure if we will do another property again.

OK property. Nees to he updated hadly. Carpets were stained.. Had 3 teaspoons and one tablespoon. Need to make sure folks know this unit is NOT handicapped accessible. View of parking garage and roadl. Fees and taxes were as much as the rent!

The place needs an extreme makeover and TLC
This property was very mediocre. We had several problems with the garage door code, not working, and our car being locked in the garage and not having access to it. The code to the place was in changed when they were trying to fix the code to the garage, and we couldn’t get in to the VRBO. inside the VRBO there were stains all over the carpet. Paint chips throughout the place. Not very well equipped. Only one drinking glass and wine glass. I did not live up to the expectations. The price of this vacation rental was extremely over priced for what you got Working with a Vacasa has been a nightmare!! Promises made by Carrie, a supervisor—. All talk no action. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with and still have not got my issue resolved. I recommend looking elsewhere for a VRBO.

No communication
Second time Vacasa property have us incorrect codes. Waited on hold multiple times, never got the correct garage door code. No one knew how to fix it, and no one called us back. Sent multiple messages thru the app, and didn't get a reply till we were already back at home! One agent suggested that we wait at the home for 24 hours until a technician could come. Not how we wanted to spend our vacation. There was obvious water damage in the garage and a musty smell in the home. Many burnt out lightbulbs. One agent told me I would be contacted for a refund. Never happened. We won't be using any homes owned by Vacasa again. I was also disappointed that VRBO didn't hold up their end of the bargain. When I contacted VRBO, they just called Vacasa - which I had already done!

Great location to restaurants grocery etc. The water in master bath smelled like sulfur. The bathrooms should be updated with better plumbing fixtures otherwise it was great place.

Very nice property with a well equipped kitchen. It is on the second floor with no elevator. Nicely decorated. Right next door to Kierland Commons and across the street from shopping center with Safeway and Walgreens.

A few missteps, but nice place
It was very difficult to access. The two gate codes provided (vehicle and pedestrian) didn’t work. Luckily other residents gave us their codes. There was a black ring in the toilet and we could write our names in the dust on the furniture. The location was good and we had a nice stay. The people at vacasa were very kind and tried to be helpful.

rough start
They didn't have accurate gate information and I was unable to get in til very late. They did however refund the first night. As far as the place, Pillows were hard flat bricks, bed was in sad shape, On the AC you are locked in between 73 and 75 degrees very few pans, glasses, and only 4 teaspoons.

Condo is clean, easy to access, has everything we needed to cook meals. The only thing that was unclear is that we needed the key fob for the pool access, but we figured it out. Great place, we'd stay here again for sure.

Clean but a little tired
The property had high ceilings and was spacious enough for my husband and myself. The biggest negative was the awful pots and pans. The Teflon was scraped off the frying pan and looked very undesirable to use cooking. The limited number of other pots and pans were also in poor condition. The tub in the bedroom was badly stained.

Horrible communication
We were given the wrong gate access code. We tried over 45 minutes to get in the gate finally followed in another car. The TVs didnt work. Living room tv had like 5 remotes with no instructions, internet eas hard to get on. Didn't know the pool access. Finally talked to other guests and they had same problems. Figured things out on our own. The townhouse was not marked easy to find. Tried to get a hold of someone upon our arrival and during our stay. I was tested at the Mayo Clinic and I needed to stay one more night. Didnt hear from anyone until the last night at 1130 pm and they said no. I will never use VRBO again. First and last time. I will stick to Airbnb or hotels. Very disappointed

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient.
We stayed for 5 nights and were very happy with the accommodations. Centrally located and accessible. The 2nd story unit was very quiet. Differentiator on 4 vs 5 stars is lack of patio/outside deck and comfort of the bed, otherwise all else was excellent.
