Late Arrival stay
I Had an issue when I first arrived. I had late flight and didn’t get to the rental until 2am and the keypad on the door was not working. Tried reaching out to the management, but it was really early in the morning. After several attempts to access the keypad we had to find somewhere else to stay for a few hours. Management did respond to me but by then we were sleep for the night. They resolved the issue and later that morning I was able to access the unit. Aside from that, the property was great and I had no further issues with entry. The location is very convenient, close to Old town, and the freeway. A gas station was a 2 minute walk from the property. A CVS pharmacy right across the street. The unit was fairly clean and bed was a comfortable memory foam mattress. One thing to consider is that my unit was on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Wasn’t an issue for me but should be something to consider. The property was spacious and plenty of basic amenities available. Good water pressure and a hot shower. All in all it is great property, the check-in just was a big miss for me with my experience.

Lots of issues, some serious
This is clearly an investment property. There are multiple things that are wrong. 1) Needs maintenance. Main bathroom tub drains too slowly. Main bathroom fan barely works. Master bathroom fan doesn’t work at all. Rug in living room dirty and stained. 2) Poor quality furniture. Beds should have 2 mattresses. They are NOT platform beds. I sleep on one at home, and my frame is 12-15 inches off the floor. These are way too low and are extremely difficult to get up from. Dining room chairs are hard and uncomfortable. 3) Lacking supplies. No soap in either bathroom. No bath mats, and because of that, people get out of the shower with wet feet and the water seeps into the floor. The laminate floor in the master bath is soft in places. No dish towels in kitchen. 4) Dangerous tubs. They are not non-slip. All it’s going to take is one person to fall and get hurt, and you will have a huge lawsuit. I showered on a towel, so I could be safe. 5) Falsely advertised. I had no idea till I got to property that it was 3 floors up. I have mobility issues, so I was severely challenged every time I went in & out. I am in Phoenix 2-4 times/year. I will never use VRBO again. I could have stayed in a fully stocked hotel with a kitchenette for what this ended up costing me. I also should have some of my money refunded because if all the things listed above, and the fact that I had to go out & buy basics like soap.

TV/beds
There is only Visio channels. There is no cable/local channels. If you are into movies and news snippets then you will be good with the TV. The beds are platform beds with foam mattresses. We were there for 2 weeks and my back hurt the entire time we were there. The condo was nice but getting into and out of there was not fun.

Did the job!
My husband and I, in addition to another couple, stayed at this condo over a long weekend. Check-in was quite easy, and the location is fine. While we didn't do much cooking, we found the kitchen to be quite sparse. For example, the coffee pot was only a 4-cup pot (a Keurig would've been great), and I don't believe there was even a shaker of pepper. We could easily get past the kitchen deficits (we ate most of our meals out), but the bathrooms were another story. While they were clean enough, there were no bathroom floor mats so water got all over the floor. It made for a slippery mess, and you could tell the flooring in each bathroom is showing wear and tear due to lack of mats. The major con of both bathrooms was the extremely HOT water. We both found the water to go from cold to extremely hot without much in between. It made showering really, really uncomfortable. With that being said, for the price we paid the amount of space was conducive and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the pool area was very well maintained and it wasn't crowded at all.

Mixed experience
Place was ok but lacked so basics like body wash, bath floor mats and …cable tv service lacked ability to view live sporting events. The worst situation is we parked in an open spot that wasn’t ours by mistake and got towed. There should be a community policy of first leaving a note on windshield before calling the lecherous towing company

Nice but nothing extravagant
The owner is phenomenal. Answered questions right away, let us check in early, and made sure we had extras of everything (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The one thing I want to point out to owner is the toilets where not cleaned, they were full of dust and debris from the vents on the ceiling and there was urine drips on the seat. That’s the reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars. Area is ok, some riff raff but is to be expected in the heart of the city. Pool area nicely kept.

Had everything we needed
I appreciate that we arrived and didn’t have to go out and buy any essential items. Kitchen, bath, laundry had everything we needed. Location was close to restaurants, hiking, church, grocery!! Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee , breakfast and sunrise on the deck. Pool was great. Maybe just let people know about the pool fob needed to get in and out of pool area, maybe it said that in instructions but I didn’t see it. We loved the Mexican Restaurant, Carlsbad Tavern, Old Town Scottsdale is a must, Cold beers and Cheeseburgers had great beer and food, Papago Park was fun especially if you have younger kids, we enjoyed it too (easy hike, fun park), Gateway Trail hike was fun too. We will be back as much more to see and do in Scottsdale.

Great getaway in Scottsdale
We had a very comfortable stay in this condo, it was in a great location with easy access to everything. We ate out but the kitchen seemed to be stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. The only trouble we had was after arriving very late we were trying to use the access code on the lockbox that is attached to the iron screen door because we didn’t realize that door just opened and there was a keypad on the actual door. However, Jonathan was very responsive and got us in very quickly. It might be handy to include that info in the check-in instructions and then also include check-out instructions. It was a great week, would definitely stay again!

Good location in Scottsdale
The property is exactly as pictured. Bed was comfortable and master had plenty of room. The location was perfect for us. Short drive to Old Town, short drive to 101. Easy to get around. We loved the nearby walking/biking trail. Several options for food nearby. Weather was warm enough to use the pool. Pool area was nice and has several loungers with areas for shade. Friendly neighbors. We did notice some noise from nearby road and parking lot but not a big problem for us.

Convenient and comfortable
Once I got comfortable with the VRBO process and the. App it was pretty easy. Had to take a family member to Mayo. It was conveniently located and the condo was very nice. Water pressure was excellent. Saved me a bunch from hotel costs.

Clean and well located
Clean and neutrally decorated. Worked well for 2 adult couples. Location was great and within 5-10 minutes of various eateries and Old Scottsdale. It is off of a main thoroughfare but didn't really notice any street noise at all. Parking is steps away from front door. Other residents friendly.
