This home is in an age restricted Sun City Grand community, Primary renter needs to be 45 or older. The rental has 2bd, 2b with Den. It is professionally landscaped and furnished. Nightly rental is $140 with a 60 day minimum rental period, starting on the first day of month. It is available Sept 1- February 01, each year. Preference given to extended rental through the 5 month availability with reduced nightly rates for longer than 60 day minimium. Sleeps 4 ( two couples )+ inflatable bed available for Den. No pets or smokers on property. Rent includes utilities, basic TV, wifi, starter supplies for kitchen and bathrooms, and use of street legal golf cart with proof of renter provided insurance, licensed drivers only. Renter can purchase a community recreational PASS(pp) to access community amenities ( pools, workout facilities, club facilities, resident rate access to 4 community 18 hole golf courses). The Grand community has two large rec centers, 3 in-community restaurants, pickleball, bocce ball, tennis and lawn bowling courts. Fall and winter season weather is pleasant with warm days and cool nights. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Spring training and sports complex within 2 miles of community. Glendale State Farm stadium ( NFL Az Cardinals ) and entertainment district is 20 minutes away. Mountain and desert hiking is within 20 minutes by car. Sedona is two hours by car. Sky Harbor airport is 40 min by car.
