Primary booking guest is required to be over 28 with ID sent within 3 days of booking due to the caliber of the estate - neighborhood.

There is no "allowable" times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be evicted immediately with no refund and security deposit will be forfeited.

Guests will have access to the entire estate property. When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest nightly rate is for our preferred group size of up to 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest (over age of 2).

We allow larger groups but charge a nominal fee of $40/night per guest over 8 guests to cover our additional costs. This is automatically priced into your quote if you have entered the correct amount of guests staying.

WHY SO REASONABLE?

You are renting direct from one of the largest owners with full time service staff, gardeners and the best pool technicians for anything you may need during your stay.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for your reservation. We offer a special discounted rate to help with travel plans if available. Please inquire if interested.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED

Homes are cleaned and sanitized by 2 cleaners for approximately 4 hours between guests. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $95 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Please let us know to schedule.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, pool will be whatever the night time temperature is. If you would like the pool to be heated to a comfy 75-80* it is only a fee of $150/night plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.
