Resort Living - heated pool, easy access to sports venues & more

Located in the hub of Loop 101 & I-17, this beautiful getaway home offers privacy and comfort without the noise & bustle of the freeway. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, open floor plan - all newly updated. All the comforts of home.

The pool fees are stated separately, however they are automatically included in your quote during the cooler months. You can choose not to have the pool heated by requesting the fees to be removed and we will happily adjust it for you. ** Graduated heated pool 3’-5’-3’ with Baja shelf is great for children. Please be advised that the pool is heated using ambient air so the temperature may vary between 75-85 degrees in cold or inclement weather. (**Your quote will be adjusted to remove pool heat fees during June-August.)

Master suite includes king size bed, walk-in closet and 65" smart TV. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, armoire for clothing, 40" Roku TV. Bedroom 2 is staged with 2 twin beds, armoire for clothing, 50" smart TV. Futon in office area opens to sleep 1 additional person, however there is no door for privacy. Full size washer & dryer, ironing board and iron.

Office area with large desk makes it easy to work while you are away if you must. Living room's open floor plan provides spacious microfiber sofa with chaise lounge, 65" smart TV. Love seat has pull-out mattress for additional sleeping space. Dining area with fireplace has table that expands to seat 10 plus pub style breakfast set seating for 4.

Modern kitchen with coffee niche & Keurig. Enjoy your coffee on the patio with view of gorgeous pool with grotto waterfall. Or sip cocktails at the outside bar while sunbathing or relaxing in the pool or spa. Gas barbecue for grilling.

Want limited TV? Board games and cards provided for indoor and outdoor family entertainment. Paseo Highlands Park located across the street includes softball diamonds, basketball court, Pickleball and tennis courts, covered playground equipment, great walking paths with distance markings and community center. One mile to Hurricane Harbor Water Park (Six Flags); Victory Lane Softball Fields. Easy access to Cardinal Stadium, Spring Training, TPC Phoenix Open, Great Wolf Lodge Indoor Water Park and other sports events.

Wonderful place to stay
This is our 3rd stay here. Keeps getting better! We had everything we needed to have a fun quality family vacation. The kids loved the pool and the grownups got to enjoy the resort feel of the home. The location is absolutely perfect - quiet and close to stores and activities for all ages! The owners provide everything so it truly feels like a home away from home with a resort feel!

Perfect desert oasis!
Our teens had a great time in the sun and backyard fun- pool, hot tub, plus mini golf hole and basketball. Could see the hot air balloons in the morning! Very spacious and inviting. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay
May husband and I had a wonderful stay with our daughter and two granddaughters! The pool was a huge hit! Beautifully laid out spaces both inside and out. Comfortable, spacious and well stocked with the necessary supplies. I really appreciated all the pool towels along with the putting green and cornhole game. Bonnie and Jeff were awesome to work with - we would definitely stay here again!

We had such a good time, backyard is great and so many different seating areas. Everything was stocked and clean and owners were incredibly prompt with anything we needed. Close to plenty of things to do. Would absolutely go back again!

Spring break
The house was exactly as advertised. A wonderful get-away. Everything was clean and amenities were perfect. The couch was the talk of the week. Extremely comfortable and a perfect place to rest. The backyard amenities were spot on and perfect. Our communication with the hosts was excellent. The park across the street was bustling each day with joggers, walkers, pickleball and cricket athletes. We used the park each day. I would highly recommend staying here!

Property was everything it was advertised to be and more. Backyard is amazing! They thought of everything from outside dining area, grill, bar, plenty of lounge furniture, firepit, heated pool and hot tub. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again!!

Property was as listed. Five of us in our group and we had a wonderful experience. Jeff, our host, was easy to communicate with and timely in response and addressing things. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday of our stay. The temperature of the pool and hot tub were perfect for us. Phoenix Pool Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is spectacular with multiple comfortable seating areas, loungers, bar, pool, hot tub and putting green. The owners put a lot of thought into pool amenities— plentiful pool towels, different kinds of floats for the pool, basketball hoops and water volleyball. They instantly respond to texts and that was greatly appreciated. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful Place to relax
As soon as we walked in the door we loved the place with the best stocked and professional kitchen with the beautiful quartz countertops. Loved the vaulted ceilings and the wonderful bedrooms and office. Our favorite place to hang out was the backyard. We played cards most nights at the round table right off the great room and enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool We had fun playing on the putting greens. I would recommend this place to families or friends.

Excellent family getaway
We loved everything about our family getaway! The place is exactly as listed. We loved the backyard the most! Our kids ages 7-21 were always entertained between the heated pool, hot tub, basketball hoops, mini golf, board games, and the amazing park across the street. The location was great, close to the interstate and so many stores, restaurants, activities within in minutes. Jeff was so nice and helpful; a really great family! We would love to stay here again....oh and the most comfy couch ever!

Best VRBO Experience!
Thanksgiving 2023 with me, my husband, my sister, her husband and their two kids was amazing partly due to this amazing vacation rental. The backyard is a true oasis with heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill and plenty of seating. We used the backyard everyday. The home is clean and cozy with an amazing comfy sofa big enough for all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked with any pots/ pans, utensils and dishes we needed. The location is amazing (close to I-17) and the neighborhood is great. We enjoyed the park right across the street. There’s not enough words to express what a great experience we had staying here.

Perfect Getaway
Great getaway with all the comforts of home we needed for us and our two kids under 12. A room for each child with a TV. The most comfortable sectional in the living room for all of us to enjoy a movie night together. And the highlight of course is the pool and hot tub in the backyard along with a putting hole and cornhole game. The kids even got to keep up with their piano practicing on a beautiful white Baby Grand. Perfect getaway and very responsive hosts.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was provided. House was clean and very well maintained. The pool was the highlight, the kids were in it most of the day. They especially enjoyed that there were basketball hoops on either side of the pool. No complaints from us!

Great place for family
Wonderful place to stay. Relaxed around the pool everyday. Used the park right next to the property and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood along with many stores/restaurants near by. Jeff & Bonnie were quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Short Review
The only thing I would change as I would get a tray for the great ottoman because that couch is great and should be shared by many but there’s no where to place drinks except the left on the tiny side table. Other than that you have a fantastic home and thank you for letting us enjoy it for a few nights.

Amazing home with incredible back yard pool
We loved our stay and spent most of our time in the back yard area. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the relaxation on the many areas to sit and unwind! The grill and bar area were perfect for cooking and socializing! In addition to the back yard the house was spacious, clean and well equipped for a family to stay! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was adorable with easy access to the park!
