The Pointe Resort is a gated, resort style community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles from downtown or the airport. You will Be happy you chose to stay in this Large updated 2 Bed, 2 Bath home away from home 2nd floor unit. Master Bedroom with king bed & large master bath and closet. 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, large closet and washroom just outside the door with privacy wall between the living room. This layout provides the ideal floorplan for privacy, enjoy it with your family, or share between Two Couples. Sony PlayStation in second bedroom and DVR with full cable package on large TV in every room. This unit is Perfectly located just out the front door and down the stairs to the largest of Three Swimming Pools. Choose any one of the complexes three separate pool areas situated to enjoy either morning sun or gorgeous pink Phoenix sunsets, plenty of lounge seating and shaded areas to choose from. You will also Love relaxing on your huge private shaded deck with a cold drink, endless refills from the ice maker, and the spectacular mountain views. Expect No hassle check in with entry code and Free Premium Parking. Your vacation condo will always be Professionally cleaned and disinfected to CDC standards before your arrival.
Create fantastic meals with ease from your fully equipped kitchen or you might just choose to grill your lunch poolside. All pools and spas are meticulously cleaned, temperature-controlled and each with gas bbq grills. You may also decide to use the supplied rackets and balls at the on-site tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up that completely outfitted kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the great golf courses, night life, restaurants, old town Scottsdale with its arts centered charm. You are also within a few hours driving distance to unforgettable Sedona, the amazing Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Amazing place! Highly recommended!
My family and I stayed here for our vacation in phoenix. The property was so clean on the inside and very spacious for all of us. Any essentials we needed were there! My family loved the pool and hot tub as well as the tennis courts. We had such a wonderful time and I would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Right next to one of three pools. We grilled several nights using the poolside grills. The property was great for our stay visiting our daughter who lives in the same complex.

Lovely place, accurate description
This property was perfect four us. very quiet, very cozy. We had one small issue, but owner was very responsive, and issue was solved rapidly. We would certainly go back. Thanks again for everything Matt and Lisa!

Overall the condo itself was nice. Location is a bit far from highway and neighborhood is not really nice. I had a few issues upon arrival. Toilet in guest bedroom leaking contacted the host and they were great to answer right away and getting it fixed. Designated parking had a random car parked guest parking was hard to find. A/C in master bedroom not fully working all weekend and the weekend I went was 114 degrees, lowest setting the AC in main room was only able to go down to 69. Changing the code on the door was extremely difficult. Place was clean master bedroom bathtub needs updating.

Great vacation!
We had an amazing time at this vrbo - Matt and Lisa provided very clear communication all the way through, even remotely adjusting our a/c since we were visiting in July! The location was easy to find and the unit was great with all amenities we could need to start out. The fact that the pool was steps away was amazing for our 2 boys! The unit itself was clean and inviting, although a bit dated. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling out to Phoenix to watch MLB like we did!

Great Location
A quick trip to take in the Men's Final Four Semifinals. The location is awesome as everything we needed was within a 10-20min drive. It is an older unit but well taken care of in a nice complex. Would recommend and definitely would rent again in the future.

Perfect rental in the Phoenix area
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was gated with easy directions for getting in and out. Our kids loved the pool/hot tub amenity. You could see the pool from the entrance of the condo! The rooms were both very nice and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were well cleaned and well maintained. The kitchen was perfect for our vacation needs with a full fridge and freezer and plenty of cups/plates/bowls/utensils. The location was great for traveling around Phoenix/Scottsdale. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations provided. The washer/drier was also very handy to have! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Condo
This Condo was a perfect fit for our family. Enjoyed the proximity to many great trails and locations. The heated pool and hot tub just steps away from the front door was so convenient. The kids had a blast with the pickle ball court and basketball courts just a short walk on property. Everything was exactly set up as expected.

Perfect spot for our long weekend visit! The condo was very nice, we loved the balcony and proximity to the pool. Great location close to hikes, restaurants, and shops. We also liked it was fairly close to GCU. Matt & Lisa were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Condo with everything
Matt and Lisa’s condo was very clean, quiet and just as listed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking or grilling down by the pool. The pool is just down the stairs from the condo. The hot tub is a bonus as well. We had a hard time locating the tennis and basketball courts at first, but after looking at the map found them behind the brick wall in the wash area. The courts were very well kept. This condo was perfect for our family of 4 visiting our daughter at GCU(which was about a 20 minute drive away). There is also a wonderful local coffee shop(cultivate coffee) and the Walmart and Fry’s within a mile. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and most gracious hosts!
My husband and I just completed our third stay since April 2023 at Matt and Lisa's beautiful Pointe Tapatio condo while our own place near Piestewa Peak was being remodeled. The condo has all the comforts of home. Its location in the development is great with a pool at the foot of the stairs and a birds eye view of the mountains from the balcony. It's also conveniently located a few miles from 51, so access to anywhere in the valley is quick and easy. While we will not need to stay there again as our own place is completed, we will certainly recommend the condo to friends and family traveling in the Phoenix area. Matt and Lisa are wonderful hosts who are very responsive to questions and needs.

Great spot and location for Phoenix
This was a great spot, even better than listed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It's right by the pool. The location was perfect for exploring Phoenix. It's on the North end and an easy drive to several popular hiking and tourist spots. The designated parking spot has a support pole beside it that would makes parking a larger vehicles a bit tough, but there are open spots at the end of the lot if needed. Highly Recommed.

We needed a place to stay while our own home was being renovated after sustaining water damage. The condo was perfect for our needs, had all the comforts of home, and is in a great location. The development is beautiful and very well maintained. Grocery store less than a mile away. We just booked our second stay!
