Welcome to your home away from home in Sunny Gilbert! This quaint condo (1,056 sq ft) is perfect for small families or small groups to comfortably enjoy their time in Arizona. Whip up your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen or head on over to one of the two community pools to relax while soaking up some rays. Close to everything you would want to do in the Phoenix area - hiking, golfing, waterpark, nightlife, and a highway to take you anywhere in the Valley!



When you arrive, you will find a well appointed place. Clean and set up to make you feel welcomed. Kick up your feet to relax after a long day of travel and share some laughs before bedtime. In the morning, grab a hot cup of coffee to sip on the balcony while taking in the fresh air. Gather together to plan out an exciting day of adventure and fun before officially heading out. With evenings being the best time to eat and play with the locals, check out some of the great mom and pop restaurants and watering holes to get the full local experience.

Excellent Stay! Perfect in all ways.

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained everything was—both inside and out. The interior was stylish, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The pools were fantastic, offering the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. We also loved the security and tranquility of the gated community—it made our stay feel even more private and exclusive.Communication with the hosts was top-notch! They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had a seamless experience. I can confidently say that I will definitely be staying here again. If you're looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and comfortable vacation spot, this is the place to be!Highly recommended!

Great condo great location!

We had soccer games at the Arizona athletic ground fields. This condo was in a perfect location with lots to do around it. Downtown Gilbert is fantastic. The condo itself was perfect for a family of four. It was very clean, well- appointed, new appliances and fixtures, and communication with the host was excellent.

Nice complex in convenient location

Overall very nice. Beds are comfortable and very nice kitchen. Bit of the normal wear and stains but no issues. Only complaint, and nothing to do with this location is one night a group of people in hoodies were going car to car pulling handles which would set alarms off so be sure your vehicles are locked!

Baseball trip to Phoenix

Our son played in a baseball tournament at Cactus Yards, 10 min from the property. The area is fantastic and we felt safe. Beds were very comfortable and the overall experience was fantastic!

Great Place!

We truly loved our stay, everything was accurate on the listing with all the amenities. Response time from Megan was exceptional. We liked the location of the property and it's surrounding restaurants and golf courses. We had a short drive to the Cub's games and to our friends property. We would stay here again.

Good location, roomy condo. Beds comfortable and kitchen had all essentials. The assigned parking space was oddly occupied by another resident of the complex our entire stay, but additional overflow parking was ample.

Just what we were looking for.

A bunch of middle aged golfers traveling south to get away for the snow for a bit: this place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, great beds, parking was perfect, bathrooms were clean, coffee maker worked great! What more could you want? The second floor stairs were not an issue. Even after playing 36 holes of golf. Close to a bunch of restaurants and bars. AAA+++

Great family getaway

Wonderful, clean and accommodating for a family of 4. A little hassle bringing suitcases upstairs but once settled in all was well. The rooms were very spacious as well. Would stay here again.

Disappointed

We stayed four days. The condo was very clean and well-equipped and for us a great location. The problems we experienced were due to the management being off-site and only available by phone, email or text. We were hoping for a quiet and relaxing time however when we arrived there was a flyer apologizing for noise from a roofing job underway. When we woke to loud banging in the morning, we contacted the management company as to why they did not warn us. They said they were unaware of the work and apologized. They said they would improve the communication between the homeowners association so it wouldn't inconvenience any future renters. Good for the next renter, but for us we were not able to relax and left for the day. We were never offered a move to a different location or any actions to improve our stay. We also contacted the management because we could not find the key and pass to use the swimming pool. We were given suggestions of where to look and told they would contact the previous renters to find out where it might be. There was not an offer to come help look or give us a replacement so we never got to use the swimming pool. Clearly, because there is no one on-site person to assist any problems you might have go unresolved and there are no offers for ways to compensate.

Great basketball tournament weekend

We were in town for a tournament for our 17 year old sons, and this condo was FAR better than the team hotel. We had our own living space and a lovely pool. The condo was clean, well appointed and updated. We saved about $50 vs staying at the team hotel. Highly recommend it!
