How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Property was is good shape with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. A few of the amenities were damaged/broken but overall, it was a great experience!

Good for a group but not very clean
The place overall was cute and as advertised but it was not very clean. I’m glad I brought plastic cups because there were only about four glasses and there were 9 of us. The wine glasses were dirty with lipstick and the coffee mugs in the cabinets still had coffee in them (like they weren’t even rinsed out). They do charge for early check in even if nobody is there (even if it’s just like 45 min early) The backyard is really wonderful. The pool was cute, the hot tub was great, the kitchen was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Although one of the beds sheets seemed as if they hadn’t been washed as there was a big stain on the sheet. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan which was nice because the AC doesn’t go below 73 I’d recommend this place for groups or for a family but just know it seems like a bit of a party house (don’t count on sleeping in the game room in the summer it doesn’t have AC!)

A super fun getaway at this quaint little retreat, note the pool is NOT HEATED!
Upon arrival the home is as described, looks fun, everyone picked out their bed and to the pool we thought...the pool is NOT HEATED, and it is cold...55-60 degrees f I would guess, (Thank goodness for the hot tub) so no pool for us until a later day when it was high 70's outside, it is still freezing cold in the pool but do able, I wish I had known that vital part! Traveling as a family spring break trip, the lounge chairs need repair and cushions, we ended up laying on the turf (not super cozy). The game room was a hit with the kids, however the basketball game does not work, and all of the ping pong paddles were in some way broken. If there was a way to circulate air in the game area it would be a solid hit, but we would have to prop the door open with a portable air unit just to get it moving. Beds were comfy, bedding for the most part was great. A few of the decorative pillows had blood type stains on them which is a BIG ewie. We loved the neighborhood, had our dog with us and she enjoyed walking the area and the enclosed backyard was great for her and the kids.

Place was nice and close to everything we needed. Plenty of room for 14 guys but had to share beds. Only thing I would say is do t play music by the pool in the middle of the day. Someone around there will apparently complain. Other than that all around good time

Nothing But AMAZING!
The property is Amazing! It's a lovely real homey feel Property! There is so much appropriated space and the designation is perfection! Homes require a lot of work to upkeep and yes every now and then Nature challenges that. This place was the Bees Knees in this regard because the clean up was manageable. THE backyard is a huge piece of enjoyment. The Pool has to be about 8ft and the seating areas were very welcoming for family and friends! OH MY GOSH! We had the best walks down memory lane conversations at the back yard table and seating area. The Game room! We had unparalleled Ping Ping matches as Teams where we actually broke sweats and laughed so hard. Best Memory event!! The Rooms and Beds!!!!! For the OCD no Bed Bugs, no Roaches, no Ants! THE BEDS WERE LIKE the Hilton BEDDING. I RESTED SO GOOD! WE all had a great night's sleep and regretted leaving. Beautiful kitchen, living areas and I really appreciated this opportunity to celebrate "togetherness". REBL THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Great property for 10 girls on a bachelorette party! Less than a 10 minute drive and cheap Ubers to Old Town. Property was fully stocked, recently renovated, and ideally located. Would recommend!

Felt just like home!
Our family stayed at this property for the holidays. There was a total of 18 of us. Long story short, we had an amazing time. Please read details below: Location: This is located in an older part of Scottsdale, AZ so it does not have that upscale vibe (which if you ask me is better) I have stayed at properties in AZ before and the neighbors have been annoyed that the house was a VRBO property. This was not the case here, we were greeted by neighbors on our morning walks, waved at when taking out our trash, and some even told us to have a safe trip home when they saw us leaving. The neighborhood welcomed us with open arms. The house itself: The house could comfortably fit 18 of us. What we really appreciated was the two living rooms as the kids would play video games and watch what they wanted in one room, while the grown-ups did their own thing in the back living room. The game room was a big hit for all ages. We had so much fun. It did get rowdy and loud in there with some competitive fun and we were never called on for any noise complaints. The hot tub was a nice relaxing time for those that wanted to get away for a bit. Putting green was also a nice thing to have for some fun outdoor activity. Property Manager: Sarah was our property manager and she was amazing. We had been in contact quite a bit during the trip as there were a few broken items in the home that we did not notice until a few days after staying there. Throughout all communication, Sarah was friendly and professional. It was nice to have someone readily available to communicate with during our stay. We didn't speak often, but having her there made our experience even better. She helped with gaining access to log in to Roku, and many other things that we had questions about regarding house rules. She was great and I will make sure I will book through her again for any future stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone searching for properties. The neighborhood and Sarah are both high driving factors to that. Bet if you book this house, you are sure to have a great time!

Good location, average house
This house worked well for our family gathering. Communication with management and the concierge was great- very timely and took care of two small issues right away. Game room in the garage was nice to have. Pros: Good neighborhood, with easy access to downtown, Hwy 101, grocery stores, Top Golf and pickleball at the community college. Cons: The thermostat was locked and it was chilly in the home for entire stay. Ping Pong paddles need to be replaced since they are broken. More then 2 dishtowels in the kitchen would be nice. Games- there is tons of storage in this home, but not a single "family game", ie board games, etc and the closets could have more then a couple clothes hangers... both simple and cheap addition that would make the home that much nicer for families that stay. The back 2 bedrooms did have a musty smell- not sure what it was, but certainly noticeable. Overall, the house was fine for our visit and management was very responsive.
