The space
3 bedroom 2 bath 1950’s ranch style home has 1780 sq. ft. of comfort, plus a spacious and peaceful backyard.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The roomy living area features two sofas and a comfy recliner and big-screen TV. The living room flows into the kitchen and dining area. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream! Gas stove/oven and large refrigerator with plenty of pantry space for your snacks and dry goods. You'll have everything you need to create wonderful meals and enjoy eating at the table for 6 on the soft high back chairs or at the breakfast peninsula. There are adjustable height stools for additional seating at the table or wherever you may need.
REC ROOM:
The Arizona room has been converted into a super fun rec room with a pool table and fun old timey player piano. It's insulated and has its own climate-control, so it can be used all year round.
OUTDOORS:
Enjoy the view of surrounding rose bushes that bloom almost year-round. Start a cornhole game, kick the soccer ball around or practice your punting. You can also soak up the sun or enjoy the shade under the covered patio on our outdoor sofa and lounge chairs. Take a bike ride (helmets not included) through Scottsdale’s famous green belt. Many parks and bars are on the path to stop and cool your taste buds with a cold drink or watch the ducks play in the ponds. When you get back you can grill up some delicious veggies and meats on the patio grill and end the night with a glass of wine around the fire pit. There is something for everyone!
BEDROOMS:
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a USB outlet for your devices, extra pillows and blankets. The main bedroom has a king bed with a plush memory foam mattress. Main and twin rooms have window seats perfect for reading.
BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms are newly renovated and a delight to use! They have all the amenities you'd expect along with hair dryers and basic toiletries.
Guest access
Entire property minus supply closet and garage.
The driveway has space for four to six cars. Free street parking is always available, RV space is available on the pavers. (There are no RV hookups currently)
Other things to note
Starter amounts of coffee, tea, dish tabs, and laundry supplies etc. are provided for your convenience.
We love dogs, but we do require dogs to be potty-trained and well behaved. We generally permit only one dog, but if they are small and non-shedding, we will permit two. Dogs need to be in a crate when left alone. Arizona is very dry and can get unreasonably warm, please do not leave your dog outside unattended.

Quiet hours in the backyard are enforced by The City of Scottsdale from 10 pm - 7 am.
To monitor the main point of entry, 1 external security camera is installed at front of house. Camera does not point towards interior spaces.
Pink bins in front of the house are for recycling only (paper, glass, aluminum). All other trash is disposed of in the black cans located in the alley, accessible through back gate.
