Welcome to Casa Paloma, located near Paradise Valley Village and the Kierland Commons in Scottsdale.

Remodel was completed in December 2022 and we're now taking bookings for 2023. It features an open floor plan, 4 spacious bedrooms, an indoor and outdoor fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, multiple dining areas, multiple hangout areas, a heated pool, a 6-person jetted hot tub and so much more. The property has a Scottsdale address and is located 10 miles or less from all of Scottsdale greatest attractions (and most of Phoenix's too).


The inside features an floor plan that opens up directly to the large living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, barstools, designer lighting, and everything you would need to cook and enjoy large meals for friends and families. The uniquely styled living room includes multiple cozy seating options, a smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace for the chilly winter nights. The modern dining room has direct access to the backyard and includes a modern bar, dining table for 8, a smart TV, and more - perfect for small family and friend gatherings.

Additionally, we have 4 spacious and uniquely designed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, 3 closets, guest access to the backyard patio, and more. The other 3 bedrooms include another bed, 2 queen beds, and comfortable/clean linens that we often get compliments on.

The outside features a large pool that is heated to 83 degrees year round for free, except in the summer. In the summer it gets really hot in Scottsdale, so we cool our pool to 78 degrees for our guests. The house also includes a brand-new 6 person jetted hot-tub that is always heated, an outdoor firepit area, loungers and umbrellas, a covered patio area, a 4 hole putting green, a day bed for lounging, nighttime lighting, a BBQ grill w/ utensils, misters, and more.

Our house is also kid friendly with a pack n play, booster seat, kids games, toys, pool toys and more!

Some amenities and extras you can always expect are high-speed internet, Hulu live TV and Hulu on all 5 smart TVs, clean linens and towels, putters and golf balls, basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, fully-equipped kitchen, propane for the BBQ and Outdoor firepit, fireplace tools, laundry room with detergent, and more.

We take our role as hosts seriously and we are always happy to help and answer every question you have as promptly as possible. We have recommendations for everything you may want to do, so definitely ask us! Guests will have their own unique code to access the property via smartlock.

This is NOT a party house, and quiet hours are to be respected between 10PM-6AM in order to be courteous to our neighbors.
